Arrive at 4:20 am park at lot as indicated walk the paperwork to the booth by 4:30am was done and went to the designated door. They give you a transponder that tells you your door just in case you forget. It will buzz as soon as you dock. Assuming this alerts the staff inside that truck is at the dock door. Nice set up let’s see how long to unload. Will post the end result when finish

Parking here. Check-in only 1 hour b4 appointment. Quick unload for grocery warehouse. Was done 1 after appointment.

Had an appointment for 5 am and I arrived and checked in at 4:20am and they gave me a dock door right away. Was unloaded in an hour!!
Depending of what you bringing in that time getting unloaded varies!!! But not a bad place like everyone says!!!

Arrived 4:30 for my 5:30 appt. Dock, Unloaded out by 0600. Fantastic Job Costco. Great for a DC. Security check your Bol upon arrival & sign it upon Departure. Thanks Guys.

Good place to drop load. I recommend that you first park and then make the line to check in. Then they will give you a device which will brighten once you are assigned to a door. Also, friendly staff. If this is your first time here, i recommend you to asking a yard jackie for help finding your door, so you are not hanging around. But in general, good place to pick up and drop.

The trick here at Costco os to wait 1 hr before appt sp you can get a door almost right away. If you get here early ,yo have to park in satging area and then walk over to security guard to get a door. They do go by appt. Maybe this will answer the last drivers concern. ✌🏽😎

Doing delivery to this depo for over 10 years.Workers at the guard shack are very pleasant.Shout out to "fifa" and the dude that always got the fresh brown Tims..

Everything is smooth A typical Costco store. If you are late, you will have to wait in line, so it is recommended to go a little early.

15 pallets dry freight , appointment at 5:30 , checking in at 4:30 , they started unloading me at 4:40 , out the dock at 5:00

Well I Get Late For Appointment On My Way To This Location I Get A Flat Tire And I Was 4 Hours Late So , If You Are Late Need To Do A Reschedule , My Delivery Was On Monday And The Reschedule Was 3 Days Later On Thursday , I Get Before My Appointment Time , They Give Me A Pager And I Wait , Pager Said Load Complete, I Pull Out And See My Doors Load Still On My Trailer Reason They Don't Accept Brown Pallets , Shipper Just Over Paint The Brown Pallets With Blue Paint , So Please Check You Pallets Before Get Here Guys , Now I Have To Wait For Broker To Fix This Issue , I Park All The Time By Exit To NJ Turnpike Going South To Service Area , Take Care Guys....

No overnight parking friendly staff they had me in and out within 30 minutes

For the amount of trucks that come through here they do a great job.. once you get through the parade of trucks at the gate it’s easy peasy straight to the point directions to your door they give you a buzzer to direct you what to do just follow what it says and you be in and out with a hr or 2

Arrived at Costco, at first shipping assigned 4 trucks to same door, and Jonathon from gate started coordinated with shipping office and right away I got a door. He went above and beyond to make things easier for drivers and save time for there own benefits. They need more worker like Jonathan that is smart and respectful!! Great experience. Awesome work Jonathon, thank you!!

I just admire Costco management, how busy it is but efficient and fast just Costco staff, overnight parking is technically available but after 2 am

Coming from Costco dr stay on left lane in line till you get to guard shack. Stay in truck.

I love coming to this warehouse. These guys are professional & they’re fast. If you cannot get along with these guys then god bless you because every time I come here I’m in & out. Good people & good company.

Probably the best Costco whse! Lady at the check in is amazing. Got in and was sent straight to the dock (I was a “little bit” late for appointment) and they started to unload me right away! Thank you!

Went better than expected,from reading the reviews I thought it was going to be a madhouse but things went smooth. Checked in at 526am and out at 652am. I had a 10 am appointment but they got me right on in. There was a line at the guard shack but it runs smoothly.
