Staff friendly and helpful, I buy online and pick up in store. It saves time and we take advantage of the buy 10 bags of dog food and get one free. It always help if you check online for coupons. Best place to buy your pet supplies. My dogs just love this store.

Small and convenient store. Dog food, fish food, small tropical fishes for aquarium

I was in desperate need of a series of pond chemicals to help my fish, (API Melafix, API Pimafix, & Nox-Ich)and I was delighted when I went to Pet Supplies Plus and found everything I needed at equal prices to Amazon and other online retailers. Many of the chemicals to treat fish are mixed at different concentrations for aquariums and ponds therefore you need to get the right formula. Since ponds are not as prevalent it was awesome to have a local retailer who provides these pond supplies. The staff was very helpful as well; being a new customer they directed me to exactly what I was looking for.

Great store for all pets. They also have affordable self washing stations with all supplies provided for your dog. I use it monthly for my dog and I can’t recommend it enough. Fair pricing on food and other pet needs.

Amazing pet store. Staff is extremely friendly and are very helpful. One-time last winter I came in looking for crickets for my single frog. Unfortunately, the cold air had killed the crickets in their storage bin and I thought I was out of luck. I told the employee I only needed 5-10 for my little frog and the employee searched the entire cricket box and found the few straggler crickets hiding in the cardboard. Above and beyond.

I love this store and the employees here are great. When you walk in, the store just is so clean, which I appreciated. I go primarily for fancy feast wet cat food at least four times a month. It's always in stock, efficiently stocked and easy for me to find.

From a customers perspective it seems like customers and employees are treated well. I also like that if I'm ready to check out there's always someone waiting at the register, asks for my loyalty card and if I have any coupons. Prices are good as it is, but with the coupons I get in my email and the already good price, I make out pretty good.

Pet Supplies Plus is a wonderful store with knowledgeable, caring employees. I was retelling a story to a friend that happened about 3 years ago, which made me realize I need to write a review. My 4 year old daughter (at the time) lost her ‘lovie,’ (a stuffed monkey) and as a parent - this is a nightmare scenario. I returned to the store to see if it was left there and the employees, including the manager, helped me search aisle by aisle. When it wasn’t found, the manager gave me a stuffed monkey dog toy and refused to let me pay for it, in hopes it would help my daughter feel better. With all of my experiences there, everyone is always extremely helpful with any questions I have or products I need. Their groomers are fantastic. This store has the most genuine employees and I will be a forever customer.

I bought both of my ferrets here and had a great experience. There prices are beyond reasonable and the cheapest place to get ferrets around! They are very knowledgeable with the temperaments of the ferrets and it’s clear that they are handled daily and get to run around and are well socialized. I’m so happy with my ferrets great job guys!👍

Mom and pop store feel with the convenience of more choices and options. Genuine recommendations from well informed staff that have the best interest of your pet in mind. Prices are fair (they price match anyway). Comparable to chewie online. And they deliver. Really love these guys.

Helpful employees with a good bit of knowledge. The floor person helped me out making a hard choice in which food to get for my dogs. I definitely will go there again. The cashier was very pleasant also. Right off the bat they supplied me with coupons and that is a definite to get me back again.

Always a GREAT experience when I walk in the door!!! Prices are reasonable and there's always some kind of coupon u can use if you're a Pet's Plus Member (which is of course free). I get weekly coupons (or offers) emailed to me, which is often couple times a week. There were also times in past few months where they would have $5off coupons on the back of the Shop Rite receipts (which absolutely come in handy!!). There was an incident where the dog food I buy was in the wrong spot for a certain price, and the girl generously gave me that price anyway bc that was where i found it. I was shocked and grateful!! This is where we buy ALL our pets needs!!

It's so important for a community to have a pet supply store like this one. By offering pet adoption services and grooming, they offer a greater range of services than a Target or Chewy.com ever could. Their staff is warm, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'm so glad we have Pet Supplies Plus right here in Wall!

My wife had called to check for superworms .The young lady , her name was Claire, was very sweet over the phone. So on the way home, I stopped in and she was very knowledgeable and very friendly. It looks like we have found a new place to purchase our pets needs. Thank you to Claire !
