Erick did an outstanding job with maintenance on my gas tankless water heater, fixing several old valves, and replacing them with quality ones, which made my home safer. He also quickly spotted a small leak, which we plan to address soon to prevent bigger issues. Erick was punctual, easy to communicate with, and offered very fair prices. His work is top-notch, and out of all the quotes I received, his was the most competitive without compromising on quality. Highly recommend Erick!

On Monday, March 4, 2024 my hot water heater failed. The water had been leaking in the closet and downstairs to my neighbors unit. My neighbor had notified me of the leakage around 9:45 p.m. And, I immediately contacted different plumbers in my area; no one was available to help me. I found Erick from Drainpro Plumbing Services, LLC on Thumbtack. He contacted me right away and came to my home to stop the water from running. He advised me and my husband of the issue and had a brand new hot water heater to my house by the next morning. He didn't even charge us for the emergency and he was an hour and a half away from us. He sold us a hot water heater which was affordable. We liked him so much that we're going to hire him to do some additional plumbing projects which he also reviewed that night. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We are so fortunate to have found Erick . He's going to be our go to plumber.

We had a clogged sink drain for a few days, thought we could fix it on our own. Had our regular plumber come out and had failed attempts. We called Drainpro on a Friday night and the next morning Erick was there to help with the situation. Thankfully he knew what he was doing and cleared the issue. Erick did a fantastic job. We had an old toilet seat screw that wouldn't come out, and he ended up cutting the head off the screw to remove it. He also replaced the broken shut-off valve and installed the new bidet seat for us. He was pleasant and helpful and competent, and because he had a job that finished sooner than expected, he came to us a day sooner than originally quoted. He was reasonably priced for the work he did too. An excellent experience. Highly recommend.
