Valley Exteriors did a great job on our 100-year-old house. They removed the crumbling stucco, insulated with 1-inch foam, and sided with a really stunning blue. All the neighbors were impressed!

In July of 2018, our home needed new siding due to our rotting cedar siding. Ian from Valley Exteriors came out to our house. He was honest in telling us that they were booked straight through to 2019. He created a 3D model of our home and sent it to me through email to try different types of product. Early 2019, Ian showed us several different types of siding. When we made our final decision we were presented with the estimate of cost and a timeline. The job began on time. We were extremely pleased with the crew that came to work on the job. The foreman, Dan, kept us informed of progress made and asked if there were any adjustments to completed work. The job was completed on time to our satisfaction. What we loved about all of this was the communication from the entire staff at Valley Exteriors. They were honest with all costs and timelines. If we had any questions, they were promptly answered. This year we needed gutters and a gutter cover. We called Valley Exterior. Their estimate came in 10k under the local gutter place for the same materials. Also they were able to place the downspouts on the sides of the house. The other company insisted that they had to be on the front of the house. It was a no brainer. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the end results. The crew finished the job on time and the cost was exact to the estimate. This company stands behind its work and truly wants their customers to be happy. I would recommend them to everyone. I know why they are always booked out – because they are that good. Now on to our windows – we will be calling them again!

I am so impressed with the quality of workmanship and communication that was provided by everyone at Valley Exteriors!! I had a horrible experience with a different local contractor and lost a ton of money - so needless to say I was very hesitant to enter into a contract with anyone. Simon squashed those fears and represented the company with flying colors! I absolutely would recommend Valley Exteriors. I had my roof (complete tear off), full siding and all doors replaced.

In April, Ian from Valley Exteriors came to chat about redoing the siding and windows on our home. He was professional, patient, and a wealth of knowledge in ever conversation we had. We had a quote within a week, and it was as close as you could get to the equity in our home, so we decided to work on financing. Valley Exteriors was understanding of the time frame especially with the pandemic, and everything happening. Ian soon brought Dan St. Louis by to take a look at the work that needed to be done and immediately they were both excited to help. Instead of leaving/moving from our 124 year old home we decided we were going to give it a major facelift. In July siding tear off began and Joel's crew was more than respectful and did fantastic work. From August through September Dan and Wes worked diligently to complete a replication of what our house was prior with four colors making this painted lady something people dream of having. They took extra care when doing the windows and were respectful of the health of our family. We added new posts, gutters and downspouts, updating lighting on the porch, added scallops, and fixed all the garage along with a laundry list of other little things that made this project incredible and PERFECT. I can not say enough about this company, I am happy that we decided to go with Valley Exteriors and know who I will call when the next project is scheduled.

Ian was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and patient and took care of all of my questions and concerns. He was very flexible and helpful during our decision making process. Competitive pricing, but they were willing to price match a competitor.

Install went well, although I found a few items after install that I asked they fix, and I've noticed a few minor details that I've had to take care of myself.

Regardless, I'm still happy with the end result and would recommend Valley Exteriors for your exterior work.

I had Valley Exterior install windows, siding, and a new roof. Ian was fantastic to work with and did a great job in answering all of my questions. The quality of the work completed was second to none.

Cons- overall start to finish took a lot longer than what I expected and what was discussed. Materials were sitting for over a month before even being used in our driveway. Cleanup was overlooked I felt.with four little ones running around; the left over nails and staples were everywhere after the installer was finished every day of work.

But overall Ian and Dan did a great job with everything that was installed.

Dan St Louis is one of the best siding installer we have ever had to do business with. Very detail orientated, professional & knowledgeable. He took off the 30 year old cedar boards & installed beautiful vinyl cedar shakes on the front of our home. Excellent trim work above and beyond what we were expecting. We would highly recommend Valley Exteriors to any one looking for outdoor home improvements.

We got new vinyl siding that was carefully and even artfully done. with their suggestion, we added more vinyl cedar shake to enhance the appearance of our modest ranch. We receive many compliments. I hired Valley Exteriors to replace damaged siding on one side of my home. I found them to be courteous, friendly and respectful of you and your property. There was no high pressure selling and they explained in full what they would do, and they did what they said they would. Very good pricing, quality materials and workmanship. Ed from Valley Exteriors came out and provided a competitive bid to do a roofing job on my 1879 built Victorian style home. It was not an easy job with a lot of angle and dormers on a mansard style roof. Martine (installer) did an excellent job, was very personable and made sure I was a happy customer. The Gutter Guys was my chosen gutter contractor and Valley Exteriors was the prime. The job was well done by both contractors. I can highly recommend both.
