I have interacted with the staff at Ray Catena in ocean and cannot have asked for a better customer service experience, starting from Luke in the sales dept to Mindy in the service dept. I don’t remember the name of the service dept gentleman I spoke with but he was also very informative, kind and scheduled my appointment asap. Thank you to the staff at Ray Catena for trying to make life easier for your customers.

Donald Noack has been my advisor at Ray Catena for all my services. Donald is an absolute pleasure to work with.. He is so kind and goes out of his way to make my experience so awesome. I will never deal with anyone else. He is spot on with my service appointments and so knowledgeable with every aspect of my car. The waiting area at Ray Catena is equipped with plenty of tables &outlets WiFi so I can work my job while my car is being serviced. Did I mention they have yummy 🤤 bagels & muffins, Please keep making your loyal customers happy! 😃

This dealership and service center is great. The staff treat you well and are very professional. They have a comfortable waiting room and offer coffee, bagels and pastries. I’m glad to have purchased my vehicle from them as other dealerships were not so welcoming. Rest assure, when I’m ready for my next vehicle it will be from Ray Catena Lexus at Monmouth.

Classy. Great place to take your car. Same service people have been there for years, there is a reason for that. Always a great experience, very quiet if you need to get work done. Ps. There is a great bagel/sandwich place in Cobblestone Village that's only a few steps away, if you need to wait.

This was such a great experience! Ray catena Lexus made it so easy to get an oil change, and it was done an entire day early which is unheard of. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I received text messages updating me on the status of my car which was really cool and helpful. I bought car from Lexus bridgewater and i live in long branch but not gonna lie since i started going to ray catena Monmouth and found out that their pricing are half price of service compared to bridgewater definitely worth it save time and save money. Also just had my 30k mile service done paid $550 for it and when i called bridgewater they wanted $1200 from me ridiculous. So please use ray catena Monmouth if your local even if you bought car from different dealer. Thanks

The service department provided me with Top Notch service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I had one of my tires blow up on a Friday evening and needed to replace all my tires. The timing of this wasn't favorable since I had to pick up an order that I had to waiting for 3 months to pick up. I had asked them if I could get a loaner car on Saturday while getting all 4 tires replaced. They usually don't offer loaners on Saturday since that is the day they get all the vehicles cleanup up for the coming week. I informed them my predicament and they made an exception. This is why I provided a 5 Star rating! Thank you Service Department for understanding and make it an exceptional experience!

In for a 30,000 Maintenance, and Oil Change. They gave me a lender car, and set up the GPS for me. I love this place. Brian is the absolute BEST! Thank you Sean for setting up my GPS so I could get home and back. 🥰

At Ray Catena you get professional courteous service every time you book an appointment there. From the sales staff to the executives to the maintenance and service people everyone treats you superbly like you’re one of their family. The cars are fantastic and the service is equal to that.
