Paul is not only my insurance agent but also my financial advisor. He meets with me annually to go over my portfolio. i trust his judgment when he tells me we need to switch investments around or leave them where they are. He always makes me feel welcome when I'm in his office for an appointment.

I've had insurance with Larson insurance since April 2013. After signing up and paying my premium I found many other cheaper options but I stayed with Larson because Paul seemed to always give me great service. In beginning Sept I told Paul I needed Worker's Comp insurance, he told me the price and I paid him in cash. I was told it would take a couple days for underwriting and for the application to be submitted and I had to email him a form. I emailed him the form and emailed a couple times to confirm he gotten it. After no email response I called on Oct 14th and he said he was on vacation and just got back but would submit it that afternoon. On Friday I got a rejection letter saying the form was filled out incorrectly. I called Paul and left a message and never got a call back. On Monday afternoon I called Paul and told him I needed that submitted right away he said it wasn't his fault. I stated that it is kind of ridiculous that I paid over a month and a half ago and am still getting penalties and interested collected by not having worker's comp insurance. Instead of simply saying sorry he got mad and asked when I wanted my money back and I could do it myself. Thanks Paul, I am not switching insurance companies to a cheaper and more friendly one. I understand Paul Larson is the owner of Larson insurance but that is no excuse to treat a customer so poorly. I also asked Paul for quotes for my house, car and health insurance and if I could bundle them all together, he never got back to me on that either and when I asked he said he hadn't had time yet... I guess a month and a half isn't that long for an insurance quote, just a little longer than 15 minutes, lol.
