Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We went into Bob's Discount Furniture simply wanting to check out bedroom sets and living room furniture. At first we were a bit skeptical because there were quite a few Salesmen working when we stopped in, and we didn't want to be pressured into purchasing something we didn't want. When a Salesman came over by us, we indicated that we were "just looking." I am pleased to say that they let us do just that, and it turns out that we ended up buying a living room set. Once we had narrowed down our selection, we grabbed the Salesman that had greeted us when we arrived, and he did a great job showing us all the features. Extremely great Customer Service. We will be buying from them again.

My wife and myself went to Bob’s Discount Furniture, in Appleton Wisconsin, in search of a recliner. We were met shortly after arriving by Heidi, one of the sales people there. Heidi was able to steer us in the direction that we wanted to go and was very helpful in finding the right recliner for us without pressure. Heidi‘s knowledge and professionalism made the whole experience a lot better, and very easy. I would highly recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture for many reasons such as their large variety, the great craftsmanship / quality of the furniture, and the very good prices! Furthermore, I would certainly recommend seeking out Heidi as a sales person to help you, she was awesome!

The salesman was informative, not pushy. Five stars. Then the manager showed up, like at a car dealership, to make sure the salesman did a good job and to try one more time to sell us the extended warranty.
Delivery and optional assembly is prompt (3 days) and reasonably priced.

We were greeted as we entered the store by a salesman and we told him what we were looking for. We were never pressured. Once we were in the area of the store where we found the recliners we were interested in we were left to check out all the recliners we were interested in. When we made our choice the salesman answered all the questions we had on our selection, the warrenty and protection plan which we chose without pressure. This was the most relaxing and least pressure we have ever experienced. We recommend anyone who is looking for home furniture start with a visit to Bob's Furniture. We are now looking forward to our delivery on the day we chose as best for us. Thanks to Bob's furniture employees for all your help and not pressuring us.

Kayden was a great sales person. No pressure in trying to sell us something we didn’t want. Let us look around without hovering around us and answered any questions we had. We saved over $3000.00 from where we usually get our furniture. Great selection. Well buy from them again.

Our sales associate Liam did an excellent job of explaining how everything in the store worked with the pricing. No pressure for a sale. When we were ready to purchase, he was helpful. Very friendly staff and everyone was helpful.

We originally went in to buy a mattress but ultimately decided elsewhere. Heidi was so helpful though, we went back a couple weeks later to buy a new "big boy" bed for our son. She was still very knowledgeable, friendly (let my daughter hug her and hold her hand) and was patient with the constant interruptions from my Littles. We ate excited to get the new bed and will definitely look there first for any future furniture purchases! Oh, and my kids LOVE the ice cream and candy bar. :)

We walked in with a vision of what we wanted and we were walking out within 30 minutes purchasing both items and within budget. Thank you for making it easy and economical. Kayden had great energy and efficiently helped us with our purchase by showing us exactly what we asked for. Great job!

Me and my wife were looking for a new sectional for months now been to over 8 diffrent business and wasn't getting anywhere everybody was beeing too pushy for us to buy a couch we weren't really sold on and the finance part of it we could not afford and they weren't willing to work with us. Then we made it to Bob's discount furniture and the second we walked through those doors the atmosphere was way diffrent than any other place it felt like home away from home everybody was so nice especially Gio he helped us find the perfect couch unlike all the other places we went to Gio gave us space answerd all our questions and went over and beyond what we were expecting in our opinion he deserves way more than a five star he was a solid 10 out of five star!!!! Definitely recommending bobs discount furniture to everyone and telling them to look for Gio, he'll hook you up!!!!!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Eddie at Bob’s Discount Furniture in Appleton, WI, and it was truly a fantastic experience. Eddie’s customer service was exceptional, and he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect living room sectional for out home. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he also made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I must also commend the manager for their role in ensuring everything worked out seamlessly. I highly recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture, thanks to Eddie’s great assistance and the wonderful teamwork of their staff. Out home will soon be furnished with a beautiful sectional, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase!

We had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. Eddie was very knowledgeable and asked if we had any questions or concerns. He was willing to take the time to explain everything to us. The only thing we didn’t like was that we bought a living room set off the floor (on sale) and they don’t offer delivery for it. We had to “pick up within 24 hours” which is tough since we didn’t plan to buy that day and live over an hour away from the store. So we had to take another day driving over an hour each way to pick up the set. We even offered to pay for delivery. Other than that everything was great!

Fast and knowledgeable. We told Heidi what we were thinking and she showed us options that fit our needs. Our choices narrowed down quickly and we had our new couch picked out. Thanks for a fast easy evening of furniture shopping.

Liam and the team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our purchases went smoothly and everything was in stock so we should get everything delivered in less than a week!

Gio was great to work with. We met him in the showroom, he captured our needs and educated us on our options. He followed up in a professional manner and when we were ready to purchase he made that process easy and straightforward while again meeting our delivery needs. Love Bob's and Gio is the man.

I went with my mother to help her find some furniture for her new apartment. She had just moved into assisted living and she's 88 years old. She has a difficult time getting around and as soon as they saw her coming up and struggling to get to the door with her walker, a young man came out and immediately offered his assistance and a wheelchair. So right before we ever got in the door the customer service was outstanding! I didn't get his name but he should be commended for what a nice young man he is. Then Giovanni helped us through the whole journey without pushing us and my mom found exactly the furniture she wanted. And this was after several trips to other furniture stores. Giovanni was so helpful that I also ended up picking out a brand new couch and chair! We have never been disappointed with Bob's Discount Furniture in Appleton!

I bought my love seat and couch there today. Michelle was Awesome and is a definite asset to Bob's. She was a professional in every way. I don't like pushy sales people and will not buy when I am pushed. She gave us our distance and plenty of time. I really am very picky and demand good customer service. I have a masters degree in business and know what to look for and I expect the best and we definitely got it from Bobs. I will purchase here again soon.

I love this place! Very friendly people and so many options for everyone. We got our counter high kitchen table, a 6 piece sectional couch, and floor lamp here and love them all.
