This post office over the last 6 years has been the best !! Always professional. Some people have retired now. But the new people have been very professional and do their job !! Parking is a little tight but post office is great ! All the post offices in Wisconsin need to model after this one !

I love this little post office so much. Everyone is always cheerful, helpful and efficient. They know their stuff every time and (compared to the post offices in Colorado where I’m from) I actually enjoy doing business at this location. They’re so great here 😊

They suck at answering the phone but have great service while I'm there.

Awesome, friendly ... I'll never go back downtown! Stopped in to pick up wedding stamps and found out I got "Etsy-ed".. my cool cards were too thick and needed to be shipped as $4 parcels. They were kind when they explained the problem and patient while I had a mini panic attack. Jim, (who may now be invited to our wedding) was simply wonderful. He took time and care while processing each card and helped me fix a few boo boos I made on zip codes. He even offered to drop a few in Greenville for me to save some cash, lol. A true professional, well done!

I live in oshkosh but prefer this location. I cant think of the womans name but the dark haired lady is so friendly and professional. She has taken care of me from passports, to stamps, to mailing packages for my side business. Always a pleasure to work with any staff member at this location and it's also convenient on my way home from work. Perfect hours. Thanks so much...

I send a fair bit of mail which has brought me to most of the post offices in the area and this is by far the friendliest! Every person I have met there has been helpful and kind. They even thanked me for coming in the other day! They also have a good selection of stamps. It is a rare gem of a PO!

Great service. It's fast and convenient by the Appleton Mall. The hours are M-F 9- 5:00 p.m.

Gail is always super helpful, professional and possesses a positive attitude. She always has a smile on her face and provides excellent customer service.

These workers are nice and help with what is needed. I wish I could remember the names but definitely who you want representing usps. Can't say the same about oshkosh annex system

I had a really bad experience with the usps at jacobson rd. They had no idea what they were doing. They said-Either take the package or leave it here. We don't care. I thought I'd check if this place could help before going to fedex. The lady at the counter was very helpful and sorted out everything very professionally.

I love this post office! I have a PO box here and visit regularly. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend.

A pretty busy location, but I am there a couple times a week as an Etsy seller and the service is always fantastic!
