Addressed my concerns and great service

Ms. Bekmez handled a transaction we were involved with. From the start, she appeared professional and informed. As closing time neared, she failed to inform us/our attorney that her clients filed paperwork late that would hold up the closing date. When questioned, she sent an email back, copied to all parties involved, including Title, basically talking down to our attorney with a condescending stance which was unprofessional and inappropriate. Had she kept our end informed of her clients late filing, the situation would not have arisen. By sending this email to all parties, she cast herself as very unprofessional.

Bekmez's reply..I never indicated that she represented me personally. I never claimed her clients were not kind people, as they are. As we all knew, our attorney had the time booked off for a very personal, important matter. He had already made arrangements to close in his absence, so that was not an issue. I would merely suggest that the next time you feel the need to send an email trying to admonish another attorney about something that you were aware of and try to turn it around, you keep it between yourselves and not include everyone involved in that email. Very unprofessional
