Everything about this experience has been great! John and all of his staff is extremely professional and work well with their customers needs. I bought a f150 and had a a issue with it. John got it fixed no questions and got me a rental. I felt so at peace knowing they have my back and insure I have a safe reliable car to drive. I am extremely satisfied with car credit and I would highly recommend this for anyone who is looking to rebuild their credit!

Today I made my second vehicle purchase at the Appleton location. I can't express how much I have enjoyed both buying experiences! The entire Appleton team is so friendly and on both occasions got me in the vehicle I "actually " wanted to be in! I came back a second time because of my prior experience with the staff and the Great percentage rate!!!! Not to mention the low down payment... Thank You Car Credit Center for looking at me as a"Person "and not a credit score....

I am genuinely impressed with the whole team at Car credit center Appleton. They have been amazing throughout this past year of having my vehicle through them. They were able to assist me in car repairs and financing while working within my budget. I love this place!! Shout to John the manger for keeping it real and making it easy to own my own car!!

I called with with some problems with my car. John Was amazine he help up and beyond i am working on my 3rd with my loan on the car. When they tell u they want to keep u in ur car and the car to run safe they mean it.I would highly recommend going to car credit center. Very friendly And understanding people.

Purchased several vehicles from Car Credit Center. All were good experiences. The one and only time I had an problem, it was repaired correctly the same day.

I bought a ford f150 ... I had problems with it from day I drove it home called John talk to him said he get it in ... had a rough idle and was bucking at 45-55 miles per hour ... they called said it was done rough idle is gone still has the bucking.. John so far has took care of me we will see if they continue to do so till this issue is resolved so far happy with the service i will keep you to date on if they keep on with the good customer service....10/23/17 update ... Jon is a great guy to deal with they stand behind there cars 100% don't be afraid of buying from them better than any other car lot I have dealt with i have had issues but they took care of them keep up the great customer service....

We got our car from there not the best credit and they found us a car we love , and weve had no issues with them, they are always working with us if for some reason something comes up.

The staff was friendly. They didn't make me feel like I didn't deserve a nice car. They explained everything and are more then willing to work with you. Payments are a little high but with little to no credit it isn't bad.

I JUST BOUGHT A CAR HERE AND GINGER THE SALES PERSON THAT HELPED ME GET IN TO THE CAR I WANTED FAST AND JOHN UNDERSTOOD MY CONCERNS AND ADDRESSED THEM FAST ASWELL .. I REALLY DO RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE THAT IS HAVING TROUBLE GETTING A CAR BECAUSE OF LOW OR BAD CREDIT .

It OK. I will not buy car from there ever again. Bad place. The pay don't come out.
