Harbor Freight Tools

I love, love, LOVE Harbor Freight! I spend as much money as I can there, as often as I can, because why not?! I love their Bauer line, and am a huge fan of their Icon and Doyle stuff as well. Yeah, I've purchased some duds from HF over the years (glues and zip-ties), but most everything I've gotten there has served me well for years and years!

If you wanna complain about the quality of their "throw away" tools, I've got news for you: If you treat any tool from any of the big name tool companies like a "throw away" tool, they won't last long either! In my opinion, if you put a li'l cafe in each Harbor Freight store, you'd have the perfect retail chain!

Today was my first time going there. The young man that helped me was friendly, showed me right where the product was and even checked to see if there was more product in the back. Really impressed with his customer service! Job well done😀

Low priced tools. I find myself wandering around endlessly until the cart is full. We've all been there. It's so satisfying for some reason!

Some of the best prices on tools I've been able to find and for the most part they are of good quality as well.

Lee was very helpful. I was looking for a LONG # 11. METRIC wrench. It's gotta be long so I can get some leverage on it to get ONE. Last header bolts out.

I am always extremely impressed when I shop there. The store is always extremely clean & completely organized. As a woman some time is extremely hard 2 explain what is I need. I have had the good fortune a couple times now of having 1 of your employees..I believe his name was Corby, help me find my needs. As a older person & a woman & is extremely refreshing 2 have a young man treat me as if my needs are his only concern. Thank you for such employees & a fantastic shopping experience.

Great customer service. Clerk helped me find the ECX screwdriver and the tool bag I was looking for. Also, when I asked a different clerk about a car battery load tester, she went in the back to double check their stock. Very friendly.

Motorcycle jacks have been a hot commodity lately! I finally snagged one! There was only one 1500 lb jack left when I bought mine at 10am

Staff is knowledgeable and efficient.
*I am personally put off by all the questioning though when trying to check out or make an exchange.
* Also please install an air exchanger to clean the air from the rubber tire odor!

Great staff. Had to return a motor and swap it out and was in and out in 10 min.

I purchased a desolder pump and a solder gun. I had a hard time pronouncing solder. In turn there amazing manager and fine employee Sarah didnt understand what I wanted. Eventually we figured it out with smiles even though I still can not pronounce solder!

Clerks willing and eager to help find an item. Never had a bad experience here. The tools may not be warranteed for life but they definitely get the job done for someone like me, who just tries to be handy and prepared in my own home.
