AMAZING SERVICE. I wish I could give more than five stars, because this experience was professional and completely top notch from start to finish. We just moved into a new place and according to TJ, had "the second worst water heater chimney" he had seen in 20 years. We also had no hot water and a destroyed shut off valve. Despite there being so much work to do, TJ took care of the whole problem immediately with expert knowledge and care. The whole system is humming along now like new. I cant even express how much this meant to us. I will absolutely continue to hire TJ and his fantastic crew for years to come.

This is the only plumbing service I'm using from now on. TJ helped replace a piece on my hot water heater. The manufacturer sent us the piece BROKEN twice (TJ personally called them) and sent someone out promptly to fix it. Trustworthy & reliable.

EXCELLENT. This was my 1st experience with TJ Ortu. Returned my call immediately. Installed new water heater. Even called the manufacturer to work out warrenty details for me. We called for the emergency service and the plumber technician showed up within two hours of the call. He did an evaluation of our problem and gave us two solutions. He was very professional and I highly recommend him for your pluming emergencies.

These guys are awesome. They helped me out of an annoying situation in Livingston today they weren't in any way obligated to. I still feel bad I didn't have any cash to tip, I hope whoever runs the operation knows what a great person ya have on your team.

We have used TJ Ortu for many years - installed a filter system years ago for sediment in the water that we are very pleased with. Has done other repairs over the years. When we had problems with our well he referred fantastic company that took care of the problem. Quality work, responsive, professional. Will continue to use and highly recommended.

Our water heater crapped out the Thursday night before Easter. Other plumbers were hard to get ahold of and would’ve charged extra to come out on Good Friday. TJ Ortu called back right away and asked me to text him photos of the appliance, which was bubbling & spurting from the bottom. TJ gave good advice over the phone and showed up right on time early the next morning. He got the job done quickly & did it well. He really came to our rescue and I appreciate how our life had minimal disruption from this plumbing emergency.

We got TJ’s information from our local facebook page after our hot water went out sunday. On monday we called a couple places who all said they’d call back but didn’t. We called TJ yesterday afternoon and he answered on the second ring. He stayed on the phone with my husband asking questions to try to figure out what the issue was in case it was something we could do ourselves. When it became apparent it was an issue that needed a professional, he said he could have someone come out today. Scott came out this morning, and fixed our issue!! hot water restored after 5 days!! Then, my husband asked about an additional issue with a pipe in our bathroom while scott was still here. He didn’t have the part on him, but went out of his way to go to the hardware store near by, get the piece and replace it for us so we wouldn’t get charged for someone coming out twice. We are immensely thankful and will undoubtedly be using TJ for all future plumbing and heating issues! Couldn’t recommend more!!!

TJ and team did a great job replacing my leaking hot water heater next day with an efficient heat pump model. I liked that TJ himself picked up when I called and kept me updated through the process. Would definitely use them again.

I had an emergency plumbing issue and Ortu were able to fit me into their schedule. They clearly communicated throughout the whole process which I appreciated very much. When they arrived they were friendly, clearly diagnosed and fixed my problem. I would highly recommend contacting Ortu for any plumbing needs!

If he assigns someone aside from himself to do the job, you can be assured they will be as competent and courteous as TJ. Had an emergency issue with my water heater which was purging water. Tj came out within half hour of my call. He gave me clear options for a solution and the pros and cons for each. He had the problem fixed very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I called early in the morning. The owner showed up at 10am to diagnose the problem and lucky enough by 1:30 the same day his awesome workers came and installed a new one and now I have peace of mind. Very highly recommend!
