Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer

I came in yesterday and took up a decent amount of the managers time because I am not so tech friendly and am horrible with passwords and he was very patient. I also had a million things to transfer over that he had no problem helping me with. He did well taking care of all customers that came in as I came in with a few other separate customers at the same time and he balanced us all by himself and everyone left happy. He was very helpful, pleasant to talk to, and this was probably the best experience I have ever had getting a new phone.

Great customer service! All three of the employees were very professional and helpful. Masks were worn the entire time while I was being assisted. I'm very pleased with my decision to switch to Cricket. I would recommend this location for any looking to switch over.

I've been a customer of cricket wireless for years now and haven't had the customer service I received by the store manager "B" at the Foote avenue location ever. She is amazing at her job! Multi tasks like no other. She was activating my whole families phone while on tech support while greeting and helping customers as they walked in the door. Amazing personality and customer service!

B (the girl in charge of the store) is AMAZING! She could answer every question I had, she was honest, she helped me very fast pick out the best phone for my budget and her customer service was just phenomenal! We need her to take over the store in Lexington SC!

Today, I needed to have a tempered glass screen protector installed on my phone.
A good friend of mine uses Cricket and is very happy with them, so I went there.
The store was neat and clean, all three employees wore masks, so I put mine on too to protect each other.
I was kindly greeted and asked what I needed. The young lady said "yes", she could install the screen protector for me. I asked, what will it cost?
She said there would be "no charge", I was quite surprised. She looked it all over and proceeded in a very careful manner, it came out great!
I will recommend Cricket, it's clear they want to please people, even a non customer like me. .
I will be back for a look at their phones and plans.

The guy made everything fast and simple

I had the most amazing rep ever her Name is B (beyoncé) she was amazing helped with everything explained everything ! Cricket should be very proud and thankful they have such a amazing young lady working for the company ! I will always go this cricket just to see her and for her help ! So if u need someone who know the product and problems and solutions go there ask for B you will not regret it !!!! Thank B for everything

They have the best individuals working there

Although cricket does not treat its long time customers very well... No loyalty there... The two people working this particular location are they absolute best! Very helpful, very friendly, and they know their product.

Not sure how he spells his name Calvin or Kelvin. This man is the best customer service representative at a counter that I have ever dealt with. He sees to all of his customers even though he is frequently very busy. He answers and demonstrates all customer queries and anticipates their needs. No matter how busy he gets he stays calm and knows what he is doing. I’m not sure what the promotions policy is at Cricket but Calvin should perhaps be a trainer or manager of training and get a big raise. Calvin is a 5 star employee. He should be the owner. My only concern is about the store. Having one person working at a Time is not good for business.
