Awesome care

I am extremely disappointed and upset. I have been with you guys for the past 3-4 years. I've went in to pay my car insurance which would be on the 14th and there was not one person to be found in the office everybody was in the conference room eating there. I'm assuming holiday meal. I walked in people saw me and took no initiative to take care of a customer I am sorry but holiday festivities is wonderful as they are and I love them. Take second place to a customer coming in to pay a bill. I will be dropping and I will never ever come back to deal with you guys ever again. As such, I will be most definitely spreading this message to others. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, just so you know, I am in the top 10% of reviewers online so major mistake on your part.

My mom and myself had auto insurance with Ansay and Assoc. With about 5 minutes of research we were able to find policies that were about 1/3rd of the price. Not only did they sell us an excessive amount of insurance, considering our assets, but the policy was extremely expensive when compared to an identical policy with another insurer.

Poor follow up with questions and an agent that took my business for granted. Even when talking to a supervisor it was apparent that the customer wasn’t a top priority.
