Panera Bread

This one’s a keeper. A wonderful atmosphere overall, much like Paneras used to be 10 years ago. Friendly service, “retiree corner” with veterans reminiscing over a cup of joe, fresh decor and clean tables, etc. Stop by if you ever find yourself in Hackettstown, you will not be disappointed!

Good food , a little over price .

Ordered sourdough bread sliced thick 2 loaves. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

Front counter help was great and so was the person at the pick up window. The food was fresh and good. The only issue was that the table hadn't been cleaned after the last person.

This is a well run Panera with good parking available. No drive thru.

The food is really delicious, especially the bagels and bakery items. Service is great and this location is never crowded. My family love the soups and sandwiches. Also, the app is really convenient and the app rewards are amazing.

Great staff, very friendly... The store is always clean, good food (fresh), etc. The amenities station is generally full, even with fresh lemons for iced tea or hot tea. Join their rewards program even if you don't go often... it's free and when you receive a coupon for a free coffee or pastry, it's a nice bonus. 😉

Service is prompt. Associates are usually, but not always, friendly and helpful. The dining area is kept clean. This location is pretty modern in terms of technology, compared to other Panera locations, as well (ex: order kiosks, buzzers for ready orders).

Workers are really friendly great food. They have a new deal where you can get unlimited drinks for free every 2 hrs till Aug after Aug it will be around 10 bucks. Pretty good deal

Kimberly let me taste/try Mexican corn chowder soup and then the Thai chicken soup which I purchased the large group size. Kimberly was pleasant,polite, respectful and courteous.

Great customer service. Quality of food is excellent (though very expensive for a meal). They also offer online ordering for quicker pick up. Only complaint is that sometimes it gets very busy and there really are not enough seats inside. Also can be hard to find a parking spot close to the restaurant during busy hours.

I wanted to thank Freddy and Whitney for their amazing service despite the store closing so close to when we arrived. Whitney had a very welcoming and cheery vibe and Freddy was very accomodating.

Breakfast sandwich ordered was fresh and hot. Service was friendly. Not a Paneras where staff brings food to your table. Older style where you go up to get it when buzzer goes off. Bathroom was clean.

Very pleasant employees work here! Had a problem with my gift card but the manager was able to help & solve the problem quickly! Great food as always.....Napa chicken salad sandwich is fantastic!

Panera Bread is awesome. It is my number 1 favorite restaurant of all time. Their grilled cheese is so cheesy and delicious, plus their tomato soup is so creamy. I recommend you get the mango smoothie, it is soooo good. Plus their pastries are only 99 cents!!!!! I strongly believe whoever is reading this should go to Panera.

My main shopping at Panera Bread is for their bagels and loaves of bread...delicious!! I rarely buy loaves of bread at the grocery store anymore.
Panera's is a good place to meet friends for lunch. The variety of sandwiches and salads is always enjoyed...as well as the smoothies and Chai Tea Latte.!

Catering is the best. Patrick help me with breakfast for 15 people. He made suggestions and guided me through the process. Delivery was on time and he even followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend Patrick to help you with all of your catering needs.

Of all the Panera locations in NW NJ, this one makes the best latte. Staff are friendly and smile too 😊

Great Mediterranean salad for dinner, best thing we didn't have to wait a lot. Bad thing high price. But I will recommend it
