In January of this yr I had two meetings with Mr. Dunbar last one being where I paid a $500 retainer fee not once was I told verbally or in writing that his office charged a consultation fee yet was given an invoice TODAY totalling $600 combined! In addition I was told work would not be performed until my bill of $1500 was paid in full Mr. Dunbar decided during a full blown pandemic to go against his own words and " work" on my case with no communication whatsoever with me! He claimed he did this as a courtesy believing I would pay him inspite of his original statement! I hadn't heard from Mr. Dunbar since January 28th and only got this invoice today after requesting my deposit back because I was severely affected by this pandemic like so many others. Great practice Sir you should be ashamed of yourself especially during times like this!

Save your money. He spends more time talking about his own personal issues than yours. Not very attentive to keeping up to speed on your case. Can never seem to keep on the same page on the issues you have to deal with. Always seems to be going back and forth on things. When it came time to go to court, you really didn't know where you stood. But than in the end, he wanted more money for doing less work than originally planned.

A pair of vipers - 1. allowed buyer to breach contract without notice; 2. misrepresented at closing then became incommunicado; 3. accepted settlement check at closing, not certified, as did not know difference; 4. charged over 3 times agreed fee, no documentation, receipt, or explanation.

Do not recommend him. Very unsatisfied with the work he did to the point that I did not use his documents that I waited a month for. He Still charged me.
