They have everything you need and more from a gas station, place was clean and staff friendly

The staff here are very customer focused and always willing to lend an extra hand. If you need help, do not be afraid to ask for it, and usually they offer before you have a chance to ask.

Plenty of gas pumps, large parking, inside is very clean and no matter how busy you check out very fast.

Glad there is finally a Cumberland Farms near Saratoga.

I usually am a raving fan of Cumberland farms but as of lately things have gotten worse and worse. Had an issue today where the gas pump stopped Midway and both attendance treated me poorly when I explained that all I wanted to do was keep fueling. 10 minutes later I finally have my gas pumps but I shouldn't have to be late for appointments over something that easily could have been fixed.

Let me start out by saying this place should be given 5 stars but lately it has been lacking. I will list pros and cons as to why I am currently giving this place 2 stars. This location for starters is beautiful. It was definitely designed for coffee and food ordering. I wish more locations were renovated like this.

Pros: great location, staff is (mostly) friendly, there is an older woman who works either the morning or afternoon shift and she is very customer service oriented and extremely polite and cheerful (she is why I am giving this location 2 stars).

Cons:
They either don’t have enough staff or the staff is off doing who knows what. There should be more payroll put into this location to keep up with the needs of the business and if they have the payroll the staff needs to be retrained or start over.
Coffee is huge here. There are almost never any cups stocked (especially large). It is also a guessing game as to which sugar dispenser actually has anything to dispense as you walk around in circles. They don’t tend to refill the cappuccino machine in a timely manner and I’ve seen several instances where there has been no milk or cream and customers are patiently waiting to find someone for help.
As of today, I waited in a line that wrapped around the corner. The older nice lady rang the bell for assistance with ringing and no one came to help her. I faintly heard an associate say “what do you need!?” When she rang the bell. She needed help. But this lady kept calm and was very respectful and polite when I finally cashed out.

Cumberland farms: either up your game before this location goes downhill because this space is a goldmine for your business.

Gas prices much higher then other area Cumberland Farms. Store appears to open when an employee feels like rolling in. One day open at 5 am, today not open at 5:30 when I needed some overpriced gas.

Another day cappuccino's out but I got to sit and see large metal carts full of gallons of milk other dairy products huge bags of food getting thrown in the dumpster so I guess they were busy with an empty parking lot And the hot bar doesn't look good at all. Old and empty Same lady with red hair but a different day 🤷‍♀

I wish I could give this zero stars. Just wow. I went in got a drink, waited for ten minutes while this woman was god knows where. I said hi how are you and she ignored she rang everything up including gas and didn't even tell me the total. I said thanks have a good night, nothing again. Gas pump didn't work either.

Says the store closes at 10pm. I watched a car pull in after I walked out of the store and then I watched the employee(short red haired women) lock both of the door and pretty much sent the women. With at least a hour and 20 minutes left till closing. Occurred 9/5/21 8:42 pm

gas is costing big bucks why don't u lower ur prices $1 a gallon is a fair price that wud b the rihgt thing to treat the comminuty right
