I’ve been to a lot of CVS pharmacies all over New York State. This is the best pharmacy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They are professional, knowledgeable and go out of their way to make sure prescriptions are in stock and filled timely. If I have a problem or request they work with me to make sure my needs are met. A great experience.

I had not been to any CVS in years, but that might change after my recent experience. I went midday on October 15. The gentleman at the drive-thru window was so nice. He told me not to feel rushed by the vehicles behind me. His explanations were wonderful. He was kind and competent! I have told all in circle about this pleasant encounter!

For a drug store they have pretty much everything.

I had an interesting and pleasant exchange with a young lady at the pharmacy on Thanksgiving 2020, whilst picking up my script.

Pharmacy frequently messes up perceptions and there greeting card selection sucks

Rude as hell. Pharmacist looked like she was about to have a nervous breakdown behind the counter over something very simple. Pick a different cvs.

Went into the CVS to pick up a prescription today. Noticed that the vaccine waiting area was empty. Spoke with the girl behind the counter that administers the vaccine. Asked her if I could get a booster shot and told her that I brought all necessary paperwork in with me with the hopes of getting one. She said no because I didn’t have an appointment. I told her that nobody was waiting. She said she had someone coming in in 10 minutes. I told her it takes one minute to administer. She said sorry she couldn’t do it. Indicated it was company policy. CVS should reevaluate this policy. If there are empty seats in the vaccination area- and people want to get vaccinated -they should do it. Ridiculous. This country wants people to get vaccinated and you have to jump through hoops trying to get it. Shame on CVS. They never go above and beyond for anyone. I don’t know if they just don’t care or its sheer laziness. Pathetic

I work in the pharmacy and my mind is blown! How can you not give someone their medication after surgery!!? Please have a super great Explanation, but they don’t. I had a gentleman try to come get his pain medication after surgery and witnessed the pharmacist denying this transaction. I can attest it was all due to discrimination, all the pharmacist did was make complaints about the gentlemen then had to the nerve to call his primary and make faults accusations and said they don’t wanna see him anymore. This was all unnecessary , the pharmacist didn’t even follow up with the gentleman to confirm what medication s he was still taking, . she made assumptions on medications that he doesn’t even take anymore. in my eyes this was definitely unconstitutional. The pharmacist is not a doctor, not a pain management physician and should not be making These types of decisions. How would you like to of had surgery and not be given your pain medication that was prescribed! We’re at the point where doctors are limited To what they can prescribe in the quantity so doctors aren’t just writing scripts for fun! My heart goes out to these people suffering.

Arrived half hour early for booster shot, despite only 2cars in parking lot an empty waiting area was told to wait until appointment time. Four pharmacy employees standing around behind counter.!

Worst experience ever. Pharmacist said she "refused to fill" my doctor's prescription. She has now been reported to the CVS corporate office and to the NYS Office of Professional Discipline... Have Fun.

There is a Walgreens 2 miles away. Go to Walgreens!
