Spoke with the owner on Friday and set up appointment for that Sunday morning to take care of yellow jackets that got into our walls off the deck. The owner's son texted the time he'd arrive, showed up on time (in company truck, and in uniform), assessed the situation, and explained his procedure. All went smoothly, and the job was successful. Yellow jackets were completely gone (inside and out) by the next morning. The job was guaranteed,as well.

When we moved into our house back in 2015, we dealt with seasonal yellow jackets and wasps like everybody else. But after a little while, we noticed that there were some spots that were getting out of hand and I put out a few calls to pest control places.

John from JNJ was the first one to call me back, almost immediately. For several years, we have had JNJ spray the exterior of our house proactively as preventative maintenance against pests. But, we have also used them reactively, to help solve pest problems as they popped up.

In all cases, John and his employees have been communicative, professional, and sympathetic to our needs. Their solutions work and we have subscribed to their maintenance plan (a good deal!) to sleep easier at night.

JNJ should be your first call if you need help with pests and insects, and they will be your last call too. Our family gives them 5/5 stars.

We contacted JNJ Pest Control for a yellow jacket wasp issue in our home. John provided immediate and effective treatment for the hive removal and eradication of the yellow jackets in the wall. We recommend him without hesitation.

I needed an inspection for buying my new home, and was highly recommended by my current landlord. I am extremely pleased as his punctuality, availability in short notice, and thorough inspection for my VA loan, which also gave me some other tips on the house, which was not even required. Really nice guy all around. The bonus was they are Veteran owned and operated! I'm hoping to not have to use their services in the future, but if I do, this is who I will be calling AND recommending to others!!!
