Grand Appliance and TV

We had to wait 6 months for someone to adjust our kitchen opening to accommodate our new down vent Jenn Air stove. Grand Appliance stored our stove until then with keeping great communication with us. Nick at the Appleton store, who we purchased the stove from was great! A Madison crew came yesterday to install the stove. Mike was very knowledgeable with installing the new down vent. The crew came on time and they were very respectful to our property! We now have a beautiful new stove!

We went in knowing what we wanted. Alex greeted us and showed us right to the dishwasher that we wanted. He was very friendly during the transaction and purchase. Everything went smoothly. Very nice experience shopping for my stove and fridge. Doing some research we found Grand Appliance the Best Buy . Very knowledgeable and experienced people working there. I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.

We found Grand Appliance and TV to be topnotch from the moment we walked into the showroom up to and including professional delivery.Alex our salesman was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. And followed up with timely delivery info. The delivery day was easy to track where the truck was, and approximately what time they would arrive. The delivery crew was polite, careful and eager to please.

Their communication was fabulous. We received notifications on their location with an ETA. They took less than 15 minutes to unload, unpackage, and install. Excited to finally have a place to recommend for quality appliances in the Fox Valley. Amazing!

Brandon was very knowledgeable. He helped advise me on what dryer was right for my family and made it easy to get the new one delivered and installed and the old one taken away. Good communication a good price and a smooth transaction.

Refrigerators were for a business. They were delivered when promised. Installers were creative at making them fit through doors of an older building. Salespeople at store in Appleton were great to work with. I highly recommend Grand Appliance to others.

They had a memorial day sale going on and we were able to get our fridge, stove range, washer and dryer all new for under 4,000! That included taking our old out and in with the brand new! Also included installing it all for us as well! Very happy with the company and the guys that helped get everything in our new home! Highly recommend Grand Appliances! Was looking for a replacement fridge for the kitchen and a replacement one for the basement. They actually had two fridges to choose from for the kitchen

The customer service at the store was great!! Easy to talk to and he went above to figure out sales and such. Delivery guys were amazing! We had a lot of difficulties getting old fridge out, but they hung in there and got the job done! Great guys that definitely deserve a bonus!

Excellent customer service with prompt delivery and installation! We ordered our Speed Queen washer and dryer through Grand and we are so happy we did. The staff took time to educate us on our options based on our specific washing needs! We highly recommend Grand over your major corporate stores ie. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. I wasn’t pressured and I was allowed to look around on my own. No high pressure to buy. When I asked questions they were answered. My experience was great. I ended up buying a refrigerator. Thanks!

Amazing great quality brands and very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest sales staff. This is not like other appliance stores. There are new and interesting products from Europe. If you need new appliances, check here first. Their installation services are reasonable too.

I went to Grand Appliance looking for a new dryer and they had a very good selection. They also had quite a few clearance "scratch and dent" machines that were great prices, one of which I ended up buying. The sales associate Brandon was very helpful and knowledgeable.
