Hudson Roastery

Arrived at this Café/Restaurant expecting to get a good cup of coffee. What we experienced was an amazingly well decorated, warm ambiance, tastefully lighted and well run establishment. Food was excellent and arrived perfectly timely as soon as we finished enjoying our delicious Cappuccino. Deservedly the place was packed with patrons, which allowed us ample time to study the menu and extensive coffee and Latte selections. Had a chance to speak with Tony the owner and his lovely wife. No wonder this restaurant was well designed and properly managed. It’s an extension of their beautiful energy which is both friendly and invitingly warm. Must Must Must Visit.

This place makes a killer latte and has excellent vibes for both the indoor and outdoor seating. We’ve tended to go for brunch and so far we’ve enjoyed the burrata, the shakshouka, and the avocado toast. Hudson has lots of good brunch places but this one is our favorite.

This is a top-flight coffee shop with freshly baked sweet treats. We encountered super friendly service, a busting table culture with chillaxing folks, and a variety of delectable delights perfect for little tasty gifts or fine-looking additions to an elsewhere brunch.

Well positioned to the center of the bustling Hudson scene but off by a small park, so just tucked off the beaten path: busy but not swarmed.

Only had a coffee and avocado toast and it was very tasty. The lemon oil and pine nut finish was unexpected and lovely. We sat outside at cafe tables facing the square at mid morning and it was shady.

Food was really yummy in general. The deco was great as well!

beautiful place. it’s quite comfortable, with especially good service and great coffee. I had the breakfast sandwich with ham and added avocado (it’s usually either/or). it came perfectly grilled.

My friend and I were visiting the town and stopped in. Staff was so friendly. Coffee was great. We loved that they were open late, they also have wine. The staff let us sample a French Cidre, it would be a great spot to meet friends after work, if you didn’t want the bar scene… I wish we had a spot like this new me in NJ.

Wish they had some vegan food options.

Stopped by for some morning coffee and pastry when we were visiting Hudson recently. The best iced latte I had in a while and my husband’s cappuccino was also great. We also loved the fluffy and perfectly crispy almond croissant as well! Would love to return for more coffee and maybe some wine as well when we visit Hudson again.

Great spot for a morning espresso or two. Friendly staff that is happy to see you. Very cozy place to get the day started.

This roastery has all the charm, delicious coffee and slamming breakfast sandwiches. A yummy and friendly way to start a beautiful Hudson day.

We always visit here when we come to Hudson. Everything in here is so good. The environment is great, staff is friendly and the coffee is good here. I love all the detail especially they always had beautiful seasonal fresh flowers in the store. Highly recommend to visit here.

Rarely does a place get everything perfect, but here that’s what they do. I give it a 10. Yes there’s other coffee shops in town, but….

Love this place!! Their locally-roasted coffee has been my go-to at the farmers market. So excited that they’ve opened a brick and mortar on the park— it’s such a lovely space.

The perfect place to transition from coffee to wine-o-clock. The owners and staff are super warm and extremely knowledgeable about all things wine and coffee. One of the best wine by the glass lists I’ve seen in a while and affordable too. I can’t wait to be back

This is a great place to have breakfast or just drop in for a coffee and pastry. This is where the locals go for breakfast and or coffee. The staff are very friendly.

Twice I saw dads in here with their 2 out 3 year old daughters having breakfast and visiting with everyone that came in.

I got the breakfast sandwich and a latte that tasted incredible. The latte was so creamy and rich.

This is really the only place for breakfast or coffee Monday thru Wednesday since most restaurants, and stores for that matter, are closed. The main tourists from NYC, Albany and Philadelphia come on Friday and stay the weekend.

I would recommend this place to everyone.

Incredible little shop! We had spent a long and disappointing evening with the toddlers strolling through warren st and finally came upon Hudson Roastery. In our last visits to the neighborhood we consistently kept getting horrible coffees from different places we decided to try so I had zero expectations when walking in here. I was so surprised when I stepped into the shop and suddenly it felt instantly relaxing and inviting. The atmosphere was so calming! Good music playing, relaxing lighting, clean, warm and smelling amazing. We ordered two cappuccinos and a blueberry muffin. When I took a sip of mine, I realized it was the best cup of cappuccino/coffee I had in a very very long time. The pastry was also amazing. The staff was very nice and as it was closing time, offered us a few pastries that for free (Nutella croissant and blueberry scone, both incredible!) I wish I lived closer so I can visit every day but I would drive all the way there more often from an hour away to re-experience this delightful establishment.
