I love this place. I only wish the washing machine would allow a little more water in the wash cycle especially since the price is a little high. I have been coming here since before they put new machines.

Machines & driers are brand new, you have buy a card ($1) to be able to use the machines, which is think is cool because I don’t like coins. The Hispanic ladies there are very nice and helpful. I’m definitely coming back (:

You can find multiple washer and dryer. Washer are of three sizes with cost of 8.75/5.75 and 3.75 and dryer is for 0.25 and 0.49 depending on size of dryer

If you speak a foreign language like English, don't expect anybody in this building don't understand you.

All of the signs, all of the TV all of the radio all of the music all of the employees are all speaking, Spanish. It’s very very rude. you know what that says that says if you speak English don’t speak Spanish don’t come here even the bulletin board. All of the ads are in Spanish. And here’s something that’s relatively important. The washing machines don’t clean your clothes.

Do NOT go to this laundromat! They ruined all of my pants and refused to admit it was their fault. 6 pairs of pants with stains all over them. I had to argue with the employee to get the owner on the phone, and then convince the owner to give me a refund which did not cover the cost of even 1 pair of pants. The craziest part is I brought those same pants to this place almost 10 times before, without anything happening, and this time they ruined them, trying to tell me that it was the type of pants, which say machine washable. Absolute terrible customer service. Will never go back, and do not recommend.

If the washing machine stops working midway or stops washing for unknown reasons, the customer needs to pay again to start washing again. I really don't understand why? Not recommended! Bad review

Until the owner acts like he cares about his business and his employees I suggest you don't go here. Every time I go here there are more machines out of service then are working. The change machines weren't even working. The women that work here are friendly,but I am done giving my money to this business. On a side note, I think it's disgusting that he's staying open for Thanksgiving.

VILE VILE owners, I came here for the second time (first time no problems) for the washing machine to ruin a new set of white sheets, they came out with black splats all over them.. when showed to the owners, i got called me a 'liar' and 'unbelievable'!
These are a Chinese couple that go from pretending to not understand to being downright rude, they are adamant it's all the customers fault and won't even refund the wash! There was also another customer there at the same time who had a shirt ruined, avoid this place like the plague!
