This is a wonderful public park - from what was once private property. The waterfalls are beautiful. Sign says no swimming, but people were. Picnic areas, great photo ops. Worth the drive, it really is a pretty place.

Nice waterfalls, the new trail going from the new parking lot is really nice and has couple spots to get a great look at both falls. Also noticed more improvements coming, looks great so far would like to thank everyone involved in making this a nice county park with great waterfalls.

Great spot for a picnic. There are tables, trash cans, some nice grassy spots and it looks like electrical hookups. There were no bathrooms but they appear to be under construction so make sure to hit a restroom before you arrive. The fall was beautiful! There were some flowers starting to come up that must have been planted by the prior owner of the property. It’s definitely a work in progress as the road towards the picnic area is a bit bumpy. Will definitely be back soon!

It's nice that this is finally a park - as these falls are beautiful. That being said, it's very small so far, just consisting of a small trail that goes to the base of the lower falls. There is only a couple of outhouses here, the parking lot, the the home that is on the property. Once they finish the park, it should be a beautiful place to have a nice stroll to the upper falls.

Update: as of November 2023, the lower part of the park is closed for construction but the trail and stairs are now open to the upper falls which also provides nice view of the lower falls. Beautiful trail work. Bathrooms are now available.

Just beautiful here. It's not typically very busy. There are about 4 sites to picnic and plenty of trees, grass and shade to just sit, relax and listen to the falls.
And stunning on a sunny, late winter day.

A great little park. Small walk not hard at all and this wonderful waterfall at the end. Saw a map of new parts for next year. Can not wait for it!

This is a short walk to the falls. A fairly new park (2018) that was apparently gifted to the county. The home and barn are still there. Can't imagine living here with a waterfall in your back yard! A must visit. There is an upper fall that you can not see from the base of the lower fall but it appears that they are in the process of making a trail to the other side of the falls.

Beautiful (but small) park with several picnic tables and a field for blanket picnics. Each table along the path has a garbage can and a charcoal capable grill. The Falls are very close to the parking area and while a sign is posted to warn visitors not to swim, many visitors go into the water anyways. There is a tree cam pointed at the falls across from the picnic area.
The Falls are beautiful and majestic and make for great photo opportunities.

The park looks great, very easily accessible and nice compared to coming here 30+ years ago as a kid. Very glad I got to show my family a part of my child hood. Good place to come for a picnic!

Sadly the path was closed up the falls due to a bee infestation. If it’s not one thing, it’s another this year.

Absolutely beautiful falls, great place to hang out for the afternoon to relax in the water. Cool mist coming off the falls. Nothing else to do or see in this area so it's not a huge attraction. Best kept secret in my book.

Water was extremely cold! But so worth it. Was able to get up as close as I wanted to the actual waterfall. Could literally go under it if you can handle the cold water.

We loved this very accessible spot. 😍 The falls were beautiful! And only a short walk from the parking lot. My only caution would be to watch out for spiders on the rocks. 😬

Beautiful place to stop and enjoy some of nature's serenity! I just found out about it this past week and I will be going back often for sure. Totally free County Park located just outside Delphi Falls. Do yourself a favor and check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Very short hike in from the parking area. Porta potties were available! A few picnic area. Can't wait to see what improvements they make to the park in the future! These were privately owned falls for many years and I am glad the family left the falls for public use now.

Beautiful Waterfall, very peaceful. Park is well maintained and the sound of the waterfall is amazing. Not a lot of people and we were able to comfortably walk around. I can imagine in the summer it being a bit more full but this is a must stop if in the area.

Easy walk to the base of these gorgeous falls right from the parking lot. There isn’t much else hiking available in this area at this time but seems like there will be some upcoming future development of the area. Wish people would follow and observe the posted signs and not climb the rocks and ruin this beautiful creation. Check out this hidden gem before it becomes a tourist hot spot!

Amazing little park! It has so much potential!! I hope that Madison County is able to maintain the current buildings and fully develop this gem of a property.

Update:
There is a trail along the left bank of the water now. Nice parking lot, outhouse style bathroom, stairs and stable railings. However, they tore down the barn and house that used to stand on the right bank (I'm bereft). They're working on building something over there but in the meantime you can't access the easy walk to the base of the falls. The overlook is nowhere near as impressive. So at this time, I'd wait until it's completed.

First visit:This park is in development. Not really any trails yet. I am almost sad it is a park because this is my dream piece of property. Nice house with huge windows, a big barn, ...and a double waterfall in the backyard. Now it's a park I'll never own it lol. Not that it would have ever happened anyway haha.

Been visiting Madison County many times but somehow missed this gem. It's a curvy road to get there but really nice place! Plenty of parking and a really short walk back to the Falls. The smells were awesome and reminded me of younger days. My daughter got a cool picture of local foliage too. Upstate NY is pretty awesome!
