Nick the morning of 02/18/24 was amazing I was trying return my truck early on the app and it wasn't working he was there early shoveling and helped me out returning the truck! All around great customer service and I'll recommend this location to anyone.

When you need the job done these guys are the one. While having issues with 2 men and a truck we decided to look for actual movers. We went to uhaul and told them what the previous companty did. These kind souls at the desk helped us so much. We purchased 2 dollies and rented a truck, then they guided us to their online help section to hire men who would help us. Men not boys who will come to your home under the infleunce. Uhaul sent 2 men that worked hard to load and unload our items to and from the uhaul..from one apartment to my home without any issues. Nothing was misplaced or broken everything was done perfectly. They worked hard so we got them coffee and breakfast during the morning followed by pizza and soda for lunch. The price we paid for the move wad on point and I cannot express the gratitude and level of help the two that were went did for us. Such a service. If I could give them 10 stars I would. If we ever need a move again we deffinatly will go thru uhaul and their website as other companies have proven to fail us. It is good yo know that some chains and franchises are good to their word and ethical

There was some trouble securing a truck from my go to U Haul, but the team in Orchard Park were helpful in securing a good truck with excellent service.

There are several location in the Buffalo area that I can rent from - but the Orchard Park Rd location is heads and shoulders above the rest!
We rent multiple times per month and the staff is always kind and wonderful to us - greet us with a warm hello and go above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our experience. The new manager BAYLEI IS sooooo GOOD, reasonable, quick to help us when we need to adjust our reservation and always willing to help us when we make mistakes. (Even when she can't help us, she is still professional and courteous!)
Will ALWAYS rent from this location!

They have New Large box's for shipping. A lot of stuff for moving and trailer hitches, trailer wiring for your vehicle. You may need a appointment for that, you should call to check.

Made online reservation. Friendly staff. Had my trailer quickly. Return very easy as well. Happy with equipment.

Professional, knowledgeable customer service, easy to pick truck and return.

They have very good collection of inventory and store manager is one of the best solutions provider. I was there for hitch installation on my Jeep and due to some technical glitches it took more than expected time. I had some urgent appointment to fulfill, Manager was so courteous, he gave me Van to commute and waived off the installation charges even after my denial of waiving off the money.

I had nothing but great experiences with this location. Jarrod and Brenda were extremely helpful from buying boxes to pack all the way up to renting the truck to move. Their customer service was amazing and their friendliness was really a shining light in a complex and chaotic move. I will be returning any time I have storage or moving needs.

I have rented trailers as well as purchased moving supplies from this location a number of times. Andy was tremendous with his customer service. It was easy to book, receive and drop off and they helped make sure I had no issues. I would highly recommend this business. Kevin

I rented a U-Box from this location. The customer service I was provided from start to finish was wonderful. When I returned the U-Box on Sunday for storage, two employees in particular Dylan and Cullen were instrumental in assisting me with backing it into the bay. Even though I arrived very close to closing time, they were both helpful, professional and courteous throughout the transaction.

We experienced exceptional customer service yesterday from Brenda and her team. She went above and beyond to make our truck return seamless. After a very trying move and long day, she made sure we were well taken care of.

Customer service was outstanding, you can tell the employees care about what they are doing. Moving is stressful and there can be set backs but they did everything they needed to to make sure we had an overall excellent experience. Thank you Cody and Brenda for your help!

Excellent service! Tom had my hitch installed in less than one hour! Very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this location to others.

I had some questions about a trailer hitch installation and everyone was super helpful. They took care of me right away, solved my problem, and I left with a smile.
