McDonald's

Family ate there for dinner which we do frequently because my kids enjoy my it. Manager always smiling and greats with kind demeanor. Great customer service. Never wait long for food. Favorite location to visit. Love the peaceful environment. Food always tastes fresh cooked and not old. So friendly. We look forward to addition visits to this location.

I take my 5 yo daughter here often, but usually go drive through. On our recent visit we decided to go inside to eat. My daughter ended up spilling her drink and making a huge mess. There was a gentleman who promptly came over to help clean it up and could not have been more friendly and courteous. 5 stars to that hero.

Steak, egg & cheese bagel with fried onions and McHollandaise sauce still served here- best breakfast sandwich anywhere for my money.

Friendly staff. Clean and neat exterior building and parking lot. Drive- in line was loooong, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and service was SLOW. They were BUSY! I might be tempted to try the app in the future. They even have delivery! Exiting into the Round About was tricky. I will go back again!

Been going here since I was a tot. The old lady & I stopped for some nugs and fries recently and they didn’t unimpress.

The bearded guy who was working the counter on 11/4/22 was super nice! He was prompt, insanely polite, and nice to my kids even on a very busy Friday night. The food was standard mcdonald's food you can get anywhere but was nicely put together and not falling all over the place.

Excellent food& Services. Definitely need to empty garbage cans & clean tables. Usually, come in every Saturday at around 1-2 pm........

Stopped for something to drink and bought a sandwich, it was very busy. I understand they all help, it was not too bad though everyone seemed to do their jobs.

Always friendly and fast service at the East Aurora McDonald's drive thru.

Food was fresh and to temp, special instructions followed. Slight hiccup with paying extra for dipping sauces. Good work!

The receipt is a bit hard to read, but I had a great experience!! It's rare that I encounter amazing people at McDonald's, but today blew me out of the water. Shavonda and Charla (I think-she was at the second window) were absolutely amazing. Their energy was outstanding and their smiles were warm and sincere. Excellent customer service and fantastic representation of McDonald's. All employees should learn from these two individuals. Great job y'all!!

I don't usually write reviews for McDonald's restaurants because it seems like once you've been at one you've been at them all. This McDonald's however is an exception. The restaurant is exceptionally clean and well kept. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And the food just simply tastes much better than other McDonald's. Never thought I'd say this, but I now have a favorite McDonald's.

Whenever I come out this way I stop at this McDonalds. It’s the best one in WNY. Food is always fresh and hot. They have the best French fries. This location came up in a conversation with some friends and they all agreed this location is the only one where you always get quality food. The line has always moved quickly and the workers are friendly.

I love McDonald's what can I tell you I don't know why anyone would need to read a review they're all exactly the same unless it's at a mall or an airport.

Got my food quick, right and everything was easy. The play area was nice. My son was in there having fun. Restaurant was clean. Not a bad experience. Better than almost all McDonald's I've been to.

Employees were super polite and dealt with the long line of people quickly. They even gave me extra napkins :)

The one worker Ethan Gilbert was a very fabulous and lovely worker. He treated me with respect and I felt like a well treated customer. All of my food was very good as well

One of the last locations that has kids play area! Everything was great!

This is the best McDonald's food I have ever had. Hot and nicely put together. 👌
