Picked up my new 2023 GMC Canyon Denali today. What an impressive vehicle! Almost as impressive as the service and professionalism West Herr exudes. My prior vehicle came from another local dealer due to inventory issues during COVID. I couldn't wait to get back to West Herr after a mediocre experience. My previous West Herr sales associate retired and I was introduced to Desiree V. as my new associate. She is Awesome!!! I enjoyed every step of the way. I'll be back in three years to see ya!!!

Talked to Greg about an issue I was having with my battery. I made an appointment and was greeted with a smile when I arrived. I was pleased to receive a message early the next day that my truck was ready. I arrived to pick up and was again greeted professionally and given my keys with a firm handshake. To top it off, my truck was washed. Great positive experience, well done Greg!

In my search for a new truck, it became alarmingly clear that the old breed of "salesperson" had gone extinct, and that what we have today are "order takers" or "cashiers." This simplifies things for dealerships, giving top management ultimate control and delegating very little discretionary power to the tiers below them involved in moving vehicles. However, this was not the case at West Herr in East Aurora. My relationship was not only with my salesperson, Chris, but with John (Jon?) from finance, as well as the business manager, Matt. These gentlemen all worked together to proactively find and relocate a vehicle that not only met my criteria, but exceeded it, AND within the budget I gave them. They each contributed to an extremely pleasant overall encounter, despite the common and unavoidable stressors that come along with a big purchase such as this. They will absolutely be my first stop the next time I, or a family member needs a vehicle, and probably the only stop.

Tim in the service department ( East Aurora, NY ) came to my rescue today! A dead battery caused havoc in my day, but Tim was quick to get me in the shop and confirmed it was just my battery. A quick change and I was on my way! Kudos to Tim for living out superior customer service and teaching the young guys what humanity is all about! Much appreciated!!!

Greg Janca provided us with excellent customer service in our recent purchase. He is very professional and kept us informed throughout the process.
