My husband and I recently purchased a new camper from the Bath, NY location and had the absolute best experience! Our salesman, Brandon Banks, was very patient and extremely professional. He did not pressure us or rush us through the process, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. In addition, the delivery service exceeded our expectations. The driver delivered our new camper to our seasonal campsite and assisted my husband in setting and leveling the camper on our site. We were impressed with the entire process and would highly recommend Meyers RV.

We had the pleasure of having the Mobile Unit Repair Technician Donny come to our place for follow up repairs from when we purchased our 5th Wheel. Donny was punctual, professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. Along with Donny, was Emre Altas who repaired a tear on our vinyl floor. The repair was seamless!. Thank you to Doreen Brook for coordinating the repairs, even though it took awhile to get it scheduled it was completed to our complete satisfaction.

We just upgraded our Rockwood pop up to a hybrid Kodiak Cub from Meyers RV this July. An excellent experience from start to finish. Even during a pandemic with limited stock, the professionals at Meyers went above and beyond to find the perfect camper for our family of 5 + a dog. No other dealer had anything else comparable on quality and price. We absolutely love our unit and have already gotten compliments on it and always highly recommend Meyers. From the first day that Stephanie showed us around the lot in Churchville until the day we picked up our unit, Rob Celeste worked tirelessly to provide exceptional customer service. Larry in victor also worked with the team to show us a few different models along the way. Adam in finance simplified the typically stressful process of financing a trade up with clear professionalism.

My fiance and I were just looking into getting an RV/Travel Trailer and didnt really have a specific thing we were looking for. We had Larry showing us around the first day. I could not have asked for anything more. My wife and I have been camping for over 25 years. We just traded in and bought a travel trailer from Meyers Churchville. The sales person was great, knowledgeable, very helpful and experienced. The finance department also was great they had no problem getting a deal done despite negative equity. The trade and delivery went very well not a lot of waiting around just to wait some more. Everything went smoothly and efficiently and before we knew it we were on our way home with our new favorite trailer. The entire experience was excellent and very refreshing, unlike other RV dealers we have dealt with over the years. i gave them 5 stars because they EARNED it. I just purchased a New RV from Meyers in Churchville, New York. I was there today to close on the new camper, and I must say that I was treated exceptionally well by everyone! The camper was prepped, cleaned and spotless. All items that were added were waiting to be installed, and I was met the second I walked in the door and I was helped through the entire process. There was no excess waiting and everyone was knowledgeable and went out of their way to answer all my questions. Sales, finance, parts, and service were all courteous and more than willing to help me through the entire process! I want to personally thank Jennifer, Nikki, Carl, Bob C, Sr and Bob C, Jr., Linda T, and Tom(my apologies if missed anyone) for their exceptional help and personal touch! The sales experience was great...will review again once we pick up the camper! Two years ago I shopped for campers and Sharla helped me. I ended up buying elsewhere due to the features on a camper that Meyers didn't carry. This year we decided we needed some different features and remembering the good experience from Meyers it's the only place we shopped this time around! Sharla was grrreeeaaaat! We went in with a list of 6 campers we found on the website. But she took the time to understand what we are looking for anyway and suggested some others for us to see as well. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE AT ALL! She has a lot of patience. We waffled between a couple and went in them a few times. She wrote up the one we wanted and she and Mike worked with us to create a phenomenal deal. Oh, did I mention we arrived there around 5p and they stayed until after close to work with us? Never rushing us.
Consider this: two years ago I shopped there and that sales experience was so good I remembered the sales person this year. THAT really says something.

We have purchased 2 RVs from Meyers and when we buy our third, we will be heading back to Meyers Superstore!

Emery showed us through our new motor home was very polite. Bob the salesmen was very good at keeping us up to date on when our unit would be delivered. The whole dealership and all employees were super helpful.
