Genesee Country Campground

We've been at this wonderful campground from May to October. W didn't plan on staying that long, but couldn't have been happier! It's ran by an amazing family, who have been nothing but accommodating. And if you're a fan of racing, the dirt track across the road is a BLAST on Saturday nights! We have throughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back next year! Side note, any one who gives this place a bad review is probably not someone I would take recommendations from...

Stumbled upon this campground and couldn't be any happier. The beautiful grounds are taken care of so well! the beautiful golf course and sunsets are perfect for evening walks or golf cart rides. The owners and crew have gone above and beyond to help with any need. my children absolutely love every day they get to spend there, whether on playground, weekend activities or riding bikes. If you're looking for a great family destination, look no further!

We stayed for a weeknight in one of the cabins. Check in was easy, the family running the place is great! Bathrooms were clean and the camp store had a great selection. We would definitely recommend staying at GCC

The owners/grounds keepers were amazing. This camp was dog friendly. Beds were comfy. Cabins were clean and we'll kept! It was quiet! We received free passes for the races. It was awesome! Can't wait to return!!

Family-friendly, fun campground.
We had a great time. We were there over memorial Day weekend, and went in the golf cart parade.
Owners are very friendly, and customer service oriented.

Nice clean friendly. Big bathrooms with showers. Fire rings, woodsy nature hiking trails. Race track across the street can be a little loud but added a little atmosphere and excitement. Had a nice relaxing time. Gift shop was the best really cute camp themed clothing and the cutest camp chairs they even had some camper parts. Propane regulator that my husband otherwise would have had to special order from camper world or the like. Nice that they were thought enough to stock things like that :)

Rented a cabin for my son and his fiance. Great service, comfortable cabin. Couldn't have been happier with the service. The owners are very nice people.

Very clean campground. Across the street from the racetrack if you like that. My husband loved it

Very big and secluded spot for our tent. Toilets and showers could be a bit cleaner, but were fine. Quiet at night and very friendly seasonal campers. And they sell the best soft ice:)

We have camped here for five years and love this place. The owners are friendly and helpful.

Its a amazing place to stay the cabins are rustic look very cute. Very family friendly and fun. Down to earth people own the place. There Ice Cream is amazing. Everything is good prices for everything.

I truly love this place , it was my first time and deff not my last , everyone was super friendly , hope to go again next summer

Our second year of being a permanent site camper. Jeff, Alicia, and family are out of this world amazing. The grounds are amazing, you can walk miles on their well kept trails. If you want a hassle free, drama free, family feel vacation, this is the place. Best investment we've ever made. Thank you!!

Found this hidden gem in a whim. Passing through on a work trip and turned it into a long weekend.

Grounds - exceptionally clean, with friendly seasonal guests happily waving at you and saying “hello”. Game room, laundry area, free showers, store on the grounds and a playground area for children. Pet friendly as well.

Lodging - we stayed in a cabin for 3 nights which included a full sized bed, loveseat, electricity and a TV with a few channels. The cabin could also lock with a key and had a screen door.

Staff - extremely friendly, helpful, and family oriented. Check in was extremely easy and the cabin was beyond expectation. The staff also put on family friendly events throughout the weekend such as water games, bingo, pot luck dinner, etc.

Area- dirt race car track across the way. We went on Saturday and had a blast (10$ per adult, cash only). There is also a small museum within a short distance as well.

We will definitely be returning!

I’ll be honest and say I was hesitant to stay at this campground based on the website (though I hear it’s being updated in the near future)… I’m a bit spoiled and tend to RV at more resort-like places with more amenities, but believe me when I say I didn’t miss them during our stay at GCC. Everyone was so friendly, the grounds were well kept and clean, and the store was well stocked. The owners were super accommodating, my kids loved the playground/basketball court, and the activities were great all day long! Water games, Bingo (for the kids and the adults), cornhole tournament, etc. The sites were shaded nicely. I had the best time, I was pleasantly surprised and I would certainly stay here again. Special shout-out to the owners son, my son loved playing basketball with him!

Very roomy, friendly and inviting. General store is stocked well and laundry room is super clean. Plenty of walking paths, including around the golf course, that are very well maintained.

Place is great. My cousin has a spot their. It generally quite and everyone is super friendly. Especially the owners.

Owners are very friendly and we always have a good time at their campground. Seasonal campers treat you like family and will invite you right to their site for a fire!

We are seasonal campers at Genesee Country Campground. This is our eight year now!
We love it here and are delighted to be a part of an oasis in a desert of crazy life on-goings. Kids are able to play and ride bikes in a safe environment.
Weekenders lodging in our cute little rustic cabins love the old-timey feel of our campground. The spirit of community is prevelant as neighbors help one another very much like the "old days".

Our new owners have made many upgrades and are determined to keep our "homes" safe and clean.
Last weekend we had several fire departments bring equipment for all to see with truck tours available.
Pot luck suppers, community bonfires and countless events keep us busy.

Not leaving any time soon!

Nice, clean campground with friendly seasonal people, clean showers and bathrooms and actually good wifi! Would recommend this place
