Clean and great service. Lattes, muffins, and protein shakes great. Much better quality than chains and with good/similar prices. Shakes are noticeably fresh with actual ingredients, no premade powders or flavor pumps- the quality actually took me by surprise even for a small coffee shop. Brand loyalty very obvious in our 10 minute stay, will definitely return

What a great coffee!!! Drop the corporate drive through and go here to experience the finest espresso. I was greeted with a smile by the local owner and I was delighted to see her barista skills in action! Just go -> ;)

Visited The Shake And Grind for the first time yesterday and was welcomed warmly by the owner Donna. Very cozy feel and Donna pulled an excellent shot for my afternoon latte. Expertly done and I will certainly return. I thoroughly enjoy finding gems like these. Thank you Donna for a wonderful experience!

Today was the first of going to The Shake and Grind. Met the owner, Donna and her mom, Karen. They are delightful, friendly people! There are tables to seat 4 and 2 large leather sofas, a large coffee table and magazines. They have an array of shakes, organic loose teas and a variety of lattes, oatmeal milk, almond milk and baked goods. Very cozy spot.

I had my first drink from the shake and grind and lemme tell you that peanut buttercup protein shake was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. It was not too heavy and not too light. 10/10 recommended for anyone looking to stop for a quick drink

I have had coffee from Starbucks, Dunkin and McDonalds. But never have I ever had such a good cup of coffee!!! I got an iced mocha. It was delicious!!! Donna the owner is very nice. Overall I am definitely coming back again!!!

Good high quality espresso drinks. The drinks aren’t too sweet and you can really taste the coffee. Great place!

Donna is by far the best barista around. Very few baristas can make a perfect Cortado and Donna excels!

This place is super cozy and reminds me of Brooklyn. Fiance and I came up on our way to a swimming hole and were impressed by customer service and quality. Highly recommend the banana split shake or any of the coffee as it's all top grade. AFFORDABLE prices

Wowwww!! Just found this gem..walked in and was greeted like family. Tea and muffin were scrumptious. Lots of folks sitting around talking about the food and smoothies. Parking was a little rough so I parked around back. VEGAN FRIENDLY from.what I was told. I WILL be back when In Area
