This Verizon store is in a great location. Went in for a new phone the entire staff were polite, professional and very helpful. Robert assisted with setting me up with a new phone and made my experience hassle free. I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs a phone or accessories. I will definitely visit this location in the future.

I have been going to this Verizon location in Montgomery for years! I actually live in Cornwall but I drive out to Montgomery so that I can see Angela. She is my absolute favorite Verizon rep. She has always been so helpful, friendly, professional and efficient. Any questions I have she is able to answer in regards to services, bills or different products. Thanks for everything Angela!

I have used this location for Verizon service for years but I recently had an amazing experience that I felt the need to share. I went into Verizon to see about upgrading my phone not wanting to increase my bill by much and I was skeptical on if this would be a possibility. I walked into the store and was greeted by a beautiful smile and warm welcome by their employee Siya. I explained to her what I was looking to do and not only did she help me do an upgrade she also gave me information about other promos Verizon was offering so that I could also get an Ipad and a watch. So I walked out of the store that day with 3 new devices and my phone bill did not increase that much at all. She explained everything thoroughly to me, helped me set up my new devices and even helped me pick out a cute new phone case. The customer service experience was like nothing short of amazing. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on Verizon services and made sure I fully understood all the changes to my next bill. I have always loved this Verizon location but Siya really went above and beyond for me. If you go to this store, ask for her to help you and you won't be disappointed!!

Great experience at this location. Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She fixed my phone so quickly, knowing I was in a hurry and told me about some really good deals that I will be back for this week. Very knowledgeable associates from the second my son and I walked through the door we were greeted by Reed and Angela, they asked us what brought you in today. Reed and Angela really wanted to know about us and what we needed There was absolutely no pressure by either one of them and they were a wealth of knowledge to us.!! I usually do not write reviews but in this instance it needed to be done How many associates give out their personal cell numbers and tell you to call anytime with any questions AMAZING people

Angela was so helpful, setting up our phones, answering any questions I had, and dealing with 2 bored 10 year olds in the process. She gave us amazing customer service, and showed so much patience. Highly recommend her for any business you need to do with this store!

I literally went in with my phone in 2 pieces. The cust service rep was just terrific. He found me a great phone, good price and was just top notch in hospitality. I left happy! Then I had a few I need help questions a few days later. Again I walked into a bright smiling face, it was a different service rep but just as hospitable!
My questions were answered!!
