Tradition Chevrolet of Geneva Service Department

I walked in without an appointment because a tire was losing air. Even though it was almost closing time on a Saturday they took me right in. Everyone was so friendly! They removed a long screw from my tire, inserted a tire plug and filled the tire with air, all within a half hour and for a very reasonable price. Again, I can’t emphasize enough how kind and friendly they were. Highly recommended!!

The level of service was stunningly good — the Tradition experience was exceptional. I pulled in on a Saturday with an obscure but severe mechanical issue with my 2500 Duramax, and they got me back on the road 100% repaired that afternoon. Very accommodating. Also, they were able to get part of the fix covered under warranty.

Outstanding. I was having an issue while towing my camper. They checked the vehicle immediately, diagnosed and ordered the part. Friendly and knowledgeable! I was back on the road safely within a couple of hours.

Just had oil change and tires rotated. Also had injectors cleaned and on took about an hour. Place is clean and the people are friendly. A bit pricey but not out of line for a dealership. Service advisor was nice but I didn't catch her name. I would recommend Traditions Chevrolet for servicing

They took care of all of our car details and oil change and did touch-up on a spot that happened shortly after getting our new car. They even washed it for us! Definitely, we will always return. The best there is! This crew is as sharp as they come, on top of all the latest changes and improvements for my car’s maintenance and upkeep and their car-side manner is so pleasant that it’s always a joy to go in for some of my car’s work. I follow all their recommended maintenance intervals so my 2016 Envision with 150K miles still runs like brand new…which is the most important thing. I even bring my non -Buick cars into them now for maintenance because they’re so good. I’ll keep coming back.

Great place to go for getting work done, they got my truck in for a remote start and had it done very quickly within 3 hours of getting a call for my parts being in, scheduled for 1 and had my vehicle back by 2.
