Booked an appointment with this company after I read all the great reviews. The reason for the cleaning was for the dog stains and the smell. After the cleaning, my carpet looked and smelled even worse. After trying to contact the owner multiple times they kept given me the run around. Have not heard back. We are now contacting the better business bureau and the local police dept to take action. Worse company I have ever dealt with! The other reviews seem to be by friends or family. All
I wanted was a refund
