Wish I could give more stars! My insurance company turned me down twice to repair/replace my roof after a bad hail storm. They finally came through with an offer of two flats of shingles worth about $800, including labor. Two roofing cos. looked at my roof and more or less said my roof was ok for a few more years. DuraShield said no. They took over and got the insurance co. out twice. Long story short, they got me a new roof, gutter toppers, etc. worth $75000. I didn’t have a no-name insurer. The whole process would have been a nightmare without their assistance. Everyone I worked with was professional, always available, and didn’t stop until they achieved my goal. Great crew and the clean up was excellent.

I can’t give more than a five star rating to this company or I would! They walked me through my mom’s roof from start to finish. My mother had a difficult time understanding the process and they were super patient and organized with everything. I really appreciate all that they did and how they cleaned up everything nicely afterwards. She Had zero issues and still don’t have any. They also assisted me in my home with a roof leak/ repair and fixed everything nicely for us. Very happy! Thank you for a job well done.

Had it hail last night and am going on vacation tomorrow. I had Alex show up on extremely short notice(I called and within a hour he showed up)to check if I had hail damage. Turns out I did not but Alex went out of his way to explain a lot of things about my roof and how to fix and maintain things such as algae growth and what hail damage will look like. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

When I noticed shingles missing from our roof after a storm, I contacted Alex from DuraShield to take a look at the damage. He came out the very next day and patched up the areas himself at no charge. We then filed a claim with our insurance company and Alex negotiated with them until they both came to an agreement with claim. He also brought over many different shingle color samples for us to look through until we were 100% happy.
Alex let us know that the new roof would be put on within five weeks, and less than two weeks later the date was scheduled.
The roofers arrived promptly at 7am and were great about moving items out of the way carefully and laying tarps out around the perimeter of the house. When removing the shingles they found areas of rotten wood that they replaced, and stayed until 7pm when the job was done. Alex communicated with us throughout the day through texts and pictures. He stopped by after they had gone to make sure that we were happy and to check in. He let us know that he would be taking his own pictures, and using his magnetic roller around the house to pick up any rouge nails in the lawn within the next day or two. We were extremely happy with how the roof looked when the job was complete.
The customer service that Alex provided throughout the entire process was beyond exceptional. His communication was top notch and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd recommend Alex and DuraShield to anyone!

Peter was amazing to work with and helped navigate the hail damage repair. He was great at communicating with the insurance claims agent, as well, as with myself. He made the process easy and stress free. Each step of the way all of my questions were answered.

It is evident Durashield cares about everyone on the team. The customer and the crew. Overall, the quality of workmanship is top notch. Product delivered was inspected and inventoried the day before the project began. The day of build the shrubs were draped and exterior was protected with extension draping also. The day of repair was adjusted due to weather and safety for the crew. That integrity speaks for itself! Everything in the yard was tidy and clean at completion with multiple sweeps for any stray nails.

I would recommend Peter and Durashield for anyone navigating storm damage and insurance claims regarding roofing.

We were so happy to get help on a Saturday. James and Anthony went out of their way to help us with the problem even though it was not a problem with our shingles. Durashield had done a great job replacing our shingles but they were so helpful in finding out what was wrong. Couldn’t have asked for nicer and very concerned technicians.

I would highly recommend Durashield for your roofing and gutter needs. Unfortunately due to storm damage, I have needed their services twice within a 3 yr window. From initial inspection to walking you through the insurance maze they were super helpful! They always get back to you in a timely manner and do the little things that help separate them from the storm chasers. We had a few things that needed followup and they made it a priority to get it taken care of. That means a lot to the homeowner who has already paid for the job. Plus it was always addressed with a positive attitude!!! Hopefully the weather cooperates and I don’t see them for a while!

Overall, our experience was great with Durashield! Adam was extremely responsive, answered all questions we had, and was easy to work with. The roof looks awesome and was done in one day. Unfortunately, the gutter company that was contracted did not clean up the screws which we are still finding to this day. But Adam did what he could to make it right and returned with a magnet for cleanup. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience working with Durashield/Alex. My house was part of a hailstorm claim and the team was very responsive on initial request to come and inspect house. Alex was present with the insurance individual to be sure that roof was properly inspected and my interests were taken care of. When it came time to complete the installation of new roof and gutters the team was very thorough in communication and work was done in a timeline manner! Would recommend to anyone who has a need in the area.
