KiDS' Doc, Dr. Wai H. Lau

Dr Lau is an amazing, caring, knowledgeable pediatrician. And he is a good and decent man. He took such great care of my sons for almost 18 years. Now they’re big, strong, healthy men.

Dr Lau takes excellent care of his patients and always returns a worried parent’s phone calls within the hour! He is so knowledgeable and always calm with my children when they are sick and upset. I can’t say enough good things.

Honestly the best pediatrician out their. He's been in my family for generations and has always done a great job. Always goes above and beyond and listens to concerns troubles. He always recommends when need to. Best !

Dr. Lau is hands down the most amazing pediatrician on the planet. He has a gentle honest approach, and he listens to the concerns of the parents. When my 1st was born he had a meconium blockage and he took one look at my newborn and knew something was wrong. His swift action is why we refer to him as a hero in our house (other doctors and nurses failed to act). Most importantly, my 4 year old son loves going to see Dr. Lau. He feels safe and comfortable and even pretends to be Dr. Lau when he plays doctor at home. He always calls you back after hours as well, he is truly responsive. We love you Dr. Lau!!

Dr. Lau is a rare find. He is warm and kind, and an excellent pediatrician! We’ve been with him for nineteen years and if we could continue under his care we would never leave! Our community is so very fortunate to have him caring for our children. We will miss him and we will miss his amazing Eileen as well! xoxo

Dr. Lau is the best pedestrian. He takes his time to listen to the parent and your child. He is the only doctor thier which makes it so much better knowing we are only going to see him. He even takes time to get to know the kids on a personal level to make them feel comfortable.

Amazing pediatrician. If Dr. Lau ever retires. It's then that we will lose a legend. He has been my children's Dr. For 20 yrs now.

Dr.Lau is incredible!! He KNOWS what he is doing and is always so kind and VERY thorough. I love that if you have a concern he takes care of it right away and doesn’t make you wait or use the “see what happens” method or the “just wait it out and if it doesn’t get better come back to me” method. He takes care of my babies and doesn’t let them suffer. If they need a cream or a medication it’s done right away. No harm is done by giving them the relief they need RIGHT AWAY!! Dr.Lau also explains everything very well so that you understand what is going on. He talks about everything that he is doing as he is doing it so that you know how well your baby is doing. He’s the absolute perfect fit for any Mama that just needs to know all the information without having to ask for it. He is the best! Highly recommend.

I have been dealing with health issue with my son who is now 5. He seen every type of doctor known to man. I was told so many things that was wrong with my son. When i finally change my son's doctor to Dr. Lau, he just knew by looking at my son. He told me who to take him to, where to go, what tests to get done. When i did this we got the results. Not the ones i wanted but Dr. Lau knew but just wantwd to prove to me that he knew and so we have a confirmed diagnosis. If it wasn't for doctor Dr. Lau and his loving receptionist i would still be looking for answers. I love them and would tell everyone i know to take their kids to them...

Best Pediatrician! He is the only one we trust.

Dr Lau is literally the best. He doesn’t cut any corners and really goes out of his way for his patients. Just love him!

The doctor knows his stuff but he is mentally checked out. Not personal at all. Strictly business. Hard to reach by phone and could be a couple days before getting back to you. He must be retiring soon… Heard good things about him but these were from people that went to him a decade ago. Also, his receptionist is very cold and even more impersonal. She could care less about his patience. Find a different physician for your child for the long run. We did!!!

Don't call this office unless you enjoy someone being downright nasty to you! I'm not sure how Dr. Lau treats his patients however, I've always heard great things about him from my sister-in-law. Recently I had to take custody of my grandson, so I called Dr. Lau's office to make an appointment for my grandson. However, I was confronted with the nastiest secretary I ever dealt with in my life. She didn't even allow me to finish what I was saying before she cut me off, nastily responded, and hung up on me. I couldn't even finish what I was saying, and how I heard about Dr. Lau. This is the worst experience I have ever had speaking with a doctor's office. If I were you, I'd steer clear from calling this office unless you enjoy having people speak to you like that. Also, for her to put her boss's personal information out there like she did is very unethical, and unprofessional.
