I was fortunate enough to meet Karl today. He came to my home to look at my boiler which wasn't working. Karl was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed / fixed the issue within an hour. Our AC unit went out in mid July and Karl came to the rescue; he had this unit replaced after only a couple days! (which was phenomenal because we had reached out to a different ac guy who kept saying "next week" for almost a month). Karl saved us in the hot summer and I highly recommend him!!! Karl came to service my oil furnace on Wednesday February 2, 2022. He was very professional. He did a great outstanding job. He explained everything step by step as he was cleaning the furnace. Had an issue with our pressure relief valve on our boiler where it was steadily dripping and not resolving itself. He's open on Sunday's and was able to come over quickly. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain what was going on. Quoted us the price fairly based on the research the night before of what a replacement would look like for a pressure valve and expansion tank. Got the parts quickly and was able to complete the job in about an hour. explained the system and ensured we understood what was going on. Will definitely call for services again in the future.

Carl came to my family’s rescue for a leaky water heater in our second floor condo. It wasn’t even 5 mins after my inquiry that he responded and promptly arrived on a Sunday morning. He educated us on the ins and outs of hot water heaters and was fairly priced. We would definitely call him again!

Yesterday was the hottest day of the summer for 2019 so far and the vents in my house were blowing out hot air! I googled a few places nearby, called one and was told I would be called back on Monday unless it was an emergency (technically it was but I didn't want to pay emergency prices). I went on Thumbtack and found Reliable. I sent the necessary information and received a message that said to call back to make an appointment. Hot, sweaty and sad I called thinking I would be making an appointment for sometime next week and potentially taking a day off work. I explained my situation and Karl offered to come out the same day, I was elated! He came out to my home within an hour and got right to work. In the blazing heat I offered him something to drink and he declined saying he just wanted to get the job done, that is dedication! He explained everything to me and also told me my unit was fairly old so I would need to replace it. At no point was he pushy or trying to make me commit to it right that minute. He got my unit running and air was coming out! He came inside, checked the vents but wasn't satisfied that it was cold enough so he went back outside to work! By the time he left, my home was ice cold and I couldn't have been happier! Karl is dedicated, efficient, informative, timely, all the adjectives you can have for great service insert here. The pricing was great especially for the weekend and what could have been charged as an emergency service. I'll definitely be calling him again! I could go on and on about him but if you really want to know, call him and I'm sure you'll agree with me. This will be the best choice you make for your HVAC needs.

I cannot recommend this company enough!!! Having a broken furnace in the winter is awful, Karl was able to get us scheduled incredibly quick and had our furnace up and running in no time at all. He talked me through what he was doing and explained what was causing our issues. I would definitely reach out to them in the event we had another issue.
