Noodles and Company

I love Noodles macaroni and cheese! It's always perfect. Just the right balance of cheese sauce and shredded cheese. Not to mention the perfectlycooked noodles. I usually get it to go and it's always done in less than 10 minutes.

I ordered chicken Alfredo from the east calumet location. They gave me a bowl full of oil….my noodles were swimming! They proceeded to tell me that they were too busy to help me. So I called this location and explained my situation and an amazing staff had helped me out with my order even tho I never ordered from their store. They gave me a fresh bowl of noodles and a couple of Rice Krispies. They all, everyone in the kitchen, wished me a good rest of my day and if that’s not good customer service than I can’t tell you what is. Thank you to the staff working hard this morning! I would highly recommend driving a few extra minutes to this location their service is unbeatable

I am going to be honest I was slightly rude to the manager at this location due to frustrations with an app, and he was very patient with me, fixed the issue, which was not his fault or the companies, and every time I’ve been to this location I’ve had amazing service. So to the manager that had to deal with my bad attitude today I appreciate it and thank you for always being a great place to eat and for my family and I always having a great experience. We have eaten there at least six times this year so far!

Today i was graced with outstanding service. The general manager made some great reccomendations and i was highly satisfied with trying a new taste than my typical norm. Thank you greatly for making my experience an above and beyond one. Keep up the great work.

We came in late on a Saturday night and the staff looked like they were ready to close, but turned it up a notch and served our group of 25 with speed, accuracy and smiles! Thank you for staying a little past time to serve our team of hungry volleyball players and families!

As my fianceé and I entered, we had both realized we had forgotten our wallets at home. We decided to take a different route, and set up alternative payment methods on our phones. It took some time, and the staff was incredibly patient (we moved out of the way for other customers). I apologized for the inconvenience, and thanked them for their patience. A snarky comment was made by someone near me, saying, "why did he feel the need to apologzie to employees doing their job?" I am unsure what instigated this sort of unnecessary commentary, but I want them to know, their understanding was very much appreciated. As someone who worked in the food service industry for 11+ years (I had managed a few restaurants during that time), I can say for certain:

Patience is key to providing good customer service. I wanted to personally ask a manager if I could pass on that our server went above & beyond, in a most simple way; even though, that is rather missed these days in businesses and their employees. It was far too busy to do so in an efficient manner, as I did not want to distract the employees from their service to others. I do not remember his name, but if I see him next time I dine there, I'll be sure to say my thanks directly to him.

The food was also spectacular. Thank you for the experience. It was an odd one, but it ended up being delightful.

Amazing food... again... one young girl today kept checking on me due to a mushroom mix up. And she was so kind and amazingly wonderful to be so courteous. But always amazing, smiling faces, lg good food. Thankyou you all. Joy.

I ordered the small orange chicken and liked it so well that I ordered a second one. The team workers at this location were really nice people, too. I'll come back here when I'm in the area. I live in S. Florida and we don't have Noodles and Co. there.

I was really pleasantly surprised how vegetarian-friendly they were here! All of their meals were nicely labeled to be able to pick out available options, and they were DELICIOUS on top of that! I’ve had 2 different veg. meals so far and they were both great. They also seem to be trying to reduce plastic waste a bit. Reusable water cups and cutlery - which is also nice for the customer to use proper drinking and eating materials instead of cheap plastic stuff. Would definitely recommend!

Been to this location many times but I can say I’ve never had better service than I did by Tristen tonight. He was super welcoming, very joyful, and had a amazing attitude. You don’t see many happy people in the service industry now a days. Thank you Tristen for making this a great experience for me and getting my order and food out in a timely manner

There’s something for everyone in my family here. The kids menu options are great and a really decent size! I love their food and it’s always a go-to for us!

This place is phenomenal! Food is fantastic and the company is amazing (get it haha)I'd hike mountains to just enjoy the wonderful food. So many options to choose from and all of them so absolutely amazing. The days I don't stop in to get a bite are the worst days, and eating here brightens my day all the time!

I went there with my soccer team after our game and one of the cashiers Cassidy was working then and she handled our whole team very fast and had all our orders correct whole other restaurants locked their door when we came. So I just wanted to thank her

Fast, friendly service. I normally get the Bangkok Curry - light yet filling. The staff at this location are always very nice and working hard. There is a nice patio area for warmer days. Parking is tight, but you can easily find a spot in the mall area and walk.

It was a great experience as always. A quick and delicious food to grab, and to enjoy your time. Great welcoming staff and excellent service. I do recommend this place to everyone at least to try once, and to see for yourself!

My family and I really enjoy eating here... Not our 1st time😁 I seem to always get the Mac and cheese and tried the potstickers for the 1st time. I thought they were delicious. I definitely would recommend giving Noodles and Company a try, you won't be disappointed 😁

I love this restaurant! I drive almost 40 miles to eat there because we don't have a Noodles & Company in the city that I live in. Even though there are a few bad reviews on here about this restaurant, there is obviously a lot of people that love it because it has always been really busy every time that I have gone there. My only complaint is, I wish they would open a Noodles & Company in the city I live in so I don't have to drive so far!!!

We ordered take out from them the other day and I couldn't be more happy with our order.

I have never been disappointed. It is small but they keep it moving. Parking is a little hectic with the drive through coffee shop next door. The staff are always friendly.

Always one of my favorite places to eat, with either just shy or over 1000 calories per meal, it's fairly healthy if you're looking for a quick bite and some carbs. One of my favorite places to go for some delicious well cooked pasta. The dishes are phenominal, don't even get me started on the pene rosa. 🤤🤤 I definitely recommend this place for a try. You'll love it!
