ShopRite of Niskayuna

I absolutely love this store. I used to frequent another local grocery store until I started noticing that they started to stop carrying items that I frequently buy on a weekly basis. Not only did I find all these items in ShopRite, but I found them in a much lower price. This ShopRite Spears is extremely clean, carries everything that I'm always looking for, and if I have trouble finding an item and I asked a customer service they will start and caring that product. The staff is very nice, courteous and helpful. I enjoy shopping at this grocery store. I must also mention that there are two other grocery stores in my area, and I find this ShopRite to be far superior to all of them!

I’ve been shopping at shoprite since they opened in 2011. Store is always clean and organized. Love the selections and prices are great. I worked across shoprite. When my clients needed stuffs, I would walk across and get it. It was so convenient. I moved to Texas a year now and still missed this grocery store. However after learning that shoprite in Niskayuna is closing, I’m so heartbroken. Before shoprite wasn’t there, that place was looking like a ghost town. When shoprite opened, it was so vibrant and lively. Now back to the old days.

Heard they will close...my go to place and was always happy with their selection. What a shame and loss to our community. I suspect this is a decision coming from the top, doesn't make sense to close this and others in the area, as I thought this store was always busy and making money. Will be missed.

Love this store it’s super clean and has great manager specials. The cashiers are always so nice.

Fresh food and great deals! My two favorite things in a supermarket! Don't forget to sign up for the digital coupons for extra savings! The only downside is that their app sucks... if they fixed the app and online ordering, they'd be awesome!

I just love the option to shop online and pick up my groceries. I just leave notes for the shopper of any items I choose that need attention and I haven't been disappointed yet.

What words can describe the boundless joy of picking up broccoli, ham, and milk during a county wide snow emergency ? Aisles were immaculate and empty of customers. No lines to be had upon checkout. Parking space aplenty.

Really enjoyed shopping here. Clean, organized, well stocked with variety of food, refreshments, meats, treats and flowers for every need. Since it was my first time there I couldn't find a few things and asked staff. They were so nice, courteous and ready to help me find what I needed. Very happy finding a lot of my favorite foods and treats here and will be a regular shopper.

Great service from the butcher shop once again. Asked for help and butcher was friendly and dropped what he was doing to assist. Keep up the good job!

ShopRite has great loss-leader sales. Very good buys each week. They had all advertised products. Very helpful staff. Awesome bakery. The best of all area supermarkets. I depend on their sales for stock up items.

My all time favorite grocery shopping location. I grew up right here and graduated high school 100 feet away from this very clean and very safe Ship Rite location. I love that 6 nights a week it’s open until midnight which is not true of any other market in the area. So great to stop in here at any time of day and any numver of staff will say hello or joke around and call me by name. I honestly feel very much at home here. Best of all when I use the Shop Rite app I simply click on any and all items I would like to use as digital coupons. No clipping coupons any more … all I do is hand the checkout person my shop rite card and the total money amount at the end just rolls down down down ! Everyone wins ☺

Shop rite has always been great to me, since coming from Rhode Island and being hooked to your first location in niskayuna around me, I have always looked for you! And many reasons why are the awesome deals and local buying AS well as Foreign and natural goods!! I have had many times when I go in and don't have a coupon, but am a member, not worried at all!! The cashiers are so happy to help and lend a coupon! And that has never changed..11 years and still a happy customer. Thank you shop rite!!! I walked in with no coupons and still saved over $30 thank you Gina!

This store is a favorite of ours. Also, thank you, Pamela the cashier. You were helpful and exceptionally pleasant.

Clean, well stocked , and great quality products and food. I always find what I need here and it's really what keeps me coming back . Well that and my basic human need for food. Also remember to always check your coupons (digital/paper) they are accommodating and never give you a hard time to help you save .

I just love the cleanliness . I go there specifically for the diverse products and variety no t other store has here locally . It is refreshing to listen to upbeat , music I grew up with and song to as I shop. I realized today o' not the only one ! Employees are very helpful

Good deals. Checkout lines aren't too slow; it would be nice if they had a self-checkout. Also, produce isn't always good, though, that's to be expected. IMO, one of the best supermarkets in the area.

Head cold cuts. A large selection of salads. The produce selection is excellent and affordable. Staff in all departments are helpful and friendly. A very well stocked store in every department. A credit to the ShopRite chain.
