We weren't thrilled with our previous Allstate agent of 8 years, so we switched to Ed Brys based on a recommendation from a friend. We had no idea that an insurance agent could be so helpful! Ed is amazing - in the first year he saved us $$$ just by looking into our policies and talking through our options. He is honest about what coverage is essential for our needs, and what coverage is optional and may not be as useful to our personal needs. Every time I've had a question he answers it right away with an email, or a phone call, or both! I would give Ed a hundred stars if that were an option. :)
