Dr Schiller did an amazing job caring for my very senior cat Skunks in her last few months, and an even better job when her time was up. I cannot thank Companion and their team enough for the kindness and patience they showed me and my girl, and for the gift of her paw print on clay that came with her ashes. I will cherish it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place and everyone who works here. We've had 6 dogs and 2 cats in their care and couldn't ask for a better group to care for our fur babies. Some of our local family members use them too. We love Dr. Sam and Adam (such an angel when it comes to our staffy). We live over an hour away now, but continue to make the trips because it is so worth it.

They're always so helpful. All the staff are compassionate and caring. I moved out of Rotterdam last year, but continue to bring my cats to CAMC because they're just that awesome!

Great staff, always great with my dogs. Always just get right down on the floor to check them. Definitely a group of people that are there cause they love animals.

Love them. They are super nice, answer your questions, appointments are always on time and they are open on Saturdays.

Always a fantastic experience, even when my pups aren’t feeling well. Dr. Ragozzino and her associates are the best! Kind, courteous and compassionate—could not ask for a better veterinarian or practice.

Such lovely and well cared staff. We’ve only been patients for a few months now, and with Covid-19 being active, they have a smooth process. No long waits and just happy campers.

They go above and beyond for people and they really care about our fur babies I love all the vets that are there but Dr Sam has a special place in my heart for what we've gone through with my precious Potter and how she makes me feel so comfortable when one of my babies go under anastasia My pets are like my children just with Fur and I don't trust many people to them but I do trust everyone here❣

We're scheduled to fly out tomorrow to go to Kentucky to see the kids for a couple weeks he went to his vet appointment in the morning so that he could get cleared to fly everything was great and then he got car sick which he does a lot just like his mom but throwing up in the car quickly lead into him fighting for his life we believe he may have aspirated he may have had an allergic reaction he did have his Bordetella shot that morning but he's had them in the past
He had lost all color in his tongue his gums within a matter of minutes
He was completely out of it with his crazy mother yelling at him with the window down rubbing him shaking him telling him to fight as
Jacob🩵 drove from Albany to Rotterdam in less than 10 minutes on the shoulder stop traffic with flashes on and some very nice people getting out of the way to let us through and the wonderful team at Companion Animal Medical Center we're waiting for him the good thing was is that I noticed that his tongue had some pinkness back in it Jacob took him right in because I was not composed to go my husband💗 showed up Brandon💙 Ashley💜 showed up they kept coming in and giving us updates and then they finally came in with him none of us really know what happened he is definitely doing so much better but he is still not himself I don't expect him to be after what he went through yesterday but I'm hoping it's just because his little body is worn out but I'm asking for people that care and love for him and I to pray for him that he makes a full recovery we have pushed our plans to leave Tuesday of next week and I'm hoping that he will be back to himself by the weekend so we can make the trip to see the kids I was so looking forward to it and so was he looking forward to playing ball with Lochlan💚

They were very helpful and compassionate when they cared for my dogs in 2021 and 2023. Thank you guys for your love and understanding and for what you do for our true friends.

Awesome visit. Quick check in. Vet Rachel and vet tech Allison were very welcoming (my cat babys first visit). All my questions answered and visit was short and sweet.

I became a client here with my senior cat who was diagnosed with inoperable cancer last December, 2021. We were treated by Dr. Rachael and Chloë. My concerns were taken seriously and I was treated with respect. The team is very knowledgeable and caring and handled my girl gently and lovingly. I was made to feel as comfortable as possible during the saddest time with my cat. Dr. Rachael was available for me to call whenever I had a question or anxiety about the end stages of my cat’s life. She made me feel like I mattered in the decision making process. I’ve had many animals over the last 27 years and I’ve experienced veterinarian care with many places here in Schenectady and also in Houston, TX. I can say with certainty that Dr. R , her team and this clinic are an exemplary group to work with as a pet-mom. I feel very grateful for everything that was done for me as my sweet cat 🐈‍⬛ passed.

Have been going here for months and this place has been great with my dog. From the Doctors, to the techs, to the front desk. Always happy, professional, and thorough. I've also always been impressed by how welcoming the front desk attendants (usually Sarah) have been every time I'm there or call. Especially with how crazy busy all vet offices are now. Highly recommended!

I am not sure why some other reviews are 1s or 2s. Dr. Ragozzino and staff are amazing and nothing but caring and pleasant. They have been my vet for over 11 years. My dog Gidget adored them and they loved her endlessly. Gidget has passed recently and I will always remember the love and care they gave her
They probably are not accepting new patients because they are at capacity and want to ensure they can always deliver superior service and attention you and your pet deserve.

We love our dogs vet, Rachael Ragozzino, she is the best. The staff is always so nice and on point, you can tell they love animals. We have been bringing out dog there for years and he has had two surgeries now and all has gone well. This veterinarian office is very thorough, we love it! Our dog Dozer not so much....but can you blame him (no human wants to go to the doctors office if they are going to have have shots and surgery...lol).

This place cares about your pets. They will squeeze you in for a last minute appointment if it’s important. They are thorough and honest.

The vet is wonderful. She was coherent and helpful. She listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. The staff was warm and friendly.

Dr. Ragozzino is an amazing vet! She has taken care of my pets (both cats & dogs) for the past 6 years. I trust her impeccably! She treats everyone like family! Her establishment is always pristine. Her staff is very welcoming & knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a big town vet with a hometown feel :)

I don't have enough good things to say about this clinic. I had recently started going earlier this year because it's close and it was convenient to take my older cat to. This was the best change I'd ever made the staff is fantastic and the Vets are amazing. I'll be taking my other cat there now too

Wow. This place is so amazing. From day one, they have treated us and our dogs like family. All of the staff are helpful, nice, and you can tell they enjoy where they work. They are always smiling and great with our fur babies. 10/10! I have recommended them to my in-laws and friends in the area. Couldn't ask for a better vet!
