Venus Restaurant

We had a lunch here with a big group of people. They gave us a private room. Servers were prompt with getting our orders. Food came out quickly and everyone liked what they got. Diner style restaurant. They have a lot of Greek options too. Their chicken salad and potato salad was very tasty!

We had a terrific breakfast/lunch. The matzoh ball soup had excellent flavor. It was the ball and broth. Sometimes places give a little vegetables and chicken, but this was not the case for the cup. I had the Greek salad with grilled chicken and my son had a Hungry man with waffle. I would come back for sure. This is a classic diner setting, clean, friendly, excellent service. The tzatziki sauce was terrific, and the dressing was real, not bottled. I highly recommend supporting this family owned traditional business.

Very pleasant diner. Brooklyn burger was delicious with bacon, onions and mushrooms. Fries were well done and crispy. Reasonably priced. Good service.

Stopped in for breakfast food was good potatoes and bacon was just the way I like them, the waitress was nice and friendly

Food is great and the service is excellent

I ordered and picked up. All of us enjoyed our meals. I had the reuben with a side Greek salad. My son had matzo ball soup and gyro platter. My daughter had waffle fries with mozzarella melted on top and mozzarella sticks. I would definitely go back.

This restaurant was fantastic. First, they have a huge parking lot, which is a big draw for me since I hate street parking. Second, they have an extensive menu with every type of food to satisfy whatever you crave or whatever dietary needs you have. Third, the staff was all so wonderful. Friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The restaurant was not at all crowded which made me feel quite safe during these uncertain pandemic times. And last but not least, the food was fantastic. I highly recommend trying the cheesecake!

Very nice neighborhood restaurant. Good service, food comes out hot and fast. They also have a nice sized party room.

I don't usually write reviews but this is an exception. First off the food here is phenomenal and they serve huge portions. Also as soon as you sit down in the restaurant you get your food basically when you sit down since it is so quick! You won't regret coming here!

Under new ownership. Stopped by for a Greek dinner. The moussaka and spinach pie was fresh and delicious. The indoor seating was well spaced and the service was attentive and friendly. In summary... Good tasting food, good service and good prices makes this restaurant a good pick.

I've been going to Venus for decades. Never disappointed! Service is wonderful. Menu is huge. Every meal is delicious. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner portions are generous. Dinner menus have an additional menu that changes every night. Worth every penny and much more! (Owners are very attentive!)

We eat here with our grandparents every time we come to NY. Great prices. Great food. Great service. Family friendly and fast. I look forward to eating there no matter if we're going for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Every meal is a winner.
