Metro by T-Mobile

I went in thinking he will tell me I need a new phone. Within half an hour Mike had me up and running! He is awesome, I doubt there's a problem he couldn't solve!

Mike at this particular PCS store makes it easy to decide who to spend my money with. Since owning a cell phone of any kid, I have never been treated like my business made any difference, until I met him. He is above and beyond every time. T-Mobile/Metro PCS should be proud to have him representing them.

Went to this store yesterday, I've always had a great experience at Metro so I wanted to switch back. First time at this location and I have to say I'll return if I'm in the area! Mike gave us great customer service, honest opinions and I left with a new phone that I love!! I liked my old phone but it just broke very easily! If you need a good phone at an affordable price I highly recommend going to see Mike!

If your looking for a great Deal and A great Phone METRO is your place to go. I love coming into the store, always friendly and got jokes making you feel right at home . I'll never leave the customer service is amazing

I bought my phone at the Milford, Ohio location. My rep Mike, is THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE rep of any cell phone rep that I have ever encountered! Any questions I have, he has an answer, and i had oodles of questions. Not once has he lost patience with me! THANKS Mike for taking time to explain everything to me!!!!

I would highly recommend going to this store the owner Mike is great he's very funny and really nice plus gives you good deals when your on a budget. I've been to a few stores but his store will be the only one I will go to from now on.

Pretty happy with these guys. We were there looking to add lines, but wasn't too sure about spending a lot of money. We left to think about it and the Lady there called us with BOGO offer. Helped a lot.
