Biggby Coffee

I always love coming to this location.
It's always cozy, and the staff are always welcoming.
I typically get a Butter Bear (frozen), and the lady always gets a Spotted Owl (also frozen). But, when it's cold out - I get a Butter Bear Hot Chocolate!

Do I enjoy the flavor of a certain popular chain better than Biggby's coffee? Yes. Do I come to this Biggby anyway? Also yes. I haven't fully figured out yet how to get a drink that tastes good and doesn't give me jitters or sugar headaches (their cold brew is amazing but the caffeine content is so high), but Biggby has won me over with their attitude and approach to business. This particular location has a few baristas that I enjoy talking to every time I come in, and the trivia of the day is such a smart, nice touch to make the cafe feel more personal. I love that even though Biggby is technically a chain, they manage to still feel like a local, small business. And I'm sure I'll find a go-to drink soon. Highly recommend Biggby.

Visited as I was traveling thru the area. Cute little cozy place with great customer service. Faith and Zion were very sweet during my visit.

Pleasant experience with pleasant couple running the show.
They were nice and welcomed us in and even joked around.
I'm a pretty simple man when I get coffee I just get it iced and it tasted great on an empty stomach.
I got a sausage egg and cheese bagel and for $5 I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Amazing Caramel Frappé !! Way better and stronger coffee taste than all these other chain coffee places. And the employees are so kind, helpful and will let you all the time you need to decide.

Great service, was grateful for the fast service, but sitting in there for too long is not an option since it's so hot inside

So I’m fairly new to the area I went by this location I’m just gonna say how great the customer service skill were here Faith was awesome I’ve never felt so welcomed in a coffee shop before so helpful very knowledgable about the menu I’ll never forget this young lady and this is why I love Biggby . You would have thought she owned the place she was so proud and overall great personality

Quickly becoming my favorite coffee shop. The Sweet Cream Avalanche Cold Brew is *chef kiss* ( it's normally really pretty, but I couldn't wait to drink it)

Biggby has a drink or snack for everyone! The menu variety, cozy and cute environment, and sweet family-owned feel makes it my favorite coffee shop in the area.

I visit this store fairly regularly and always have a good experience, but today went above and beyond. I was halfway through ordering when I noticed the sign saying cash only, as the card machine was down. I stopped ordering and said nevermind I don't have any cash. The staff insisted I continue my order and gave me my breakfast sandwich atno charge. They even asked if I would like anything else. Absolutely amazing customer service!

My favorite coffee place in the area! They offer a ton of great promotions, and their coffee is excellent! I normally don’t leave reviews but I feel like this place is worth complimenting. Their customer service is outstanding, the employees are always friendly and welcoming. I come here quite often and they always remember me. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Had a great experience at Loveland Biggby Coffee! The two employees working were fantastic. Great, cozy atmosphere. Very family friendly. Our kids loved it. Coffee was delicious and in the words of my six year old daughter, “The hot chocolate was 2000% better than any she’s had before.”

My girls and I went to this location and the 2 girls working were absolutely amazing!! I work at Starbucks (I didn't tell them that😉) and this was our 1st time here and they made it just awesome ❤ Even named the drink I wanted after me lol! When you give great customer service all the time it's rare sometimes to get it in return...they nailed it. Thank you for great drinks and a great experience.

What's my first time there so I didn't really know what was going on but turned out great. I love the food I got in coffee drink.
