Absolutely great place! The theater is very homey. The staff there was so kind and personable.

My husband and I love the Mariemont Theater. We always try to catch a show when we are visiting the nearby Mariemont Inn. It's always clean and it's very quaint. It has a nice selection of beer and wine, as well as sodas and traditional movie fare. The price is reasonable and we have enjoyed seeing a wide variety of movies.

Love the movies and the prices for the matinee. This neighborhood theater qualifies as one of Cincy's few remaining small Art HOUSES showing the artsy, eclectic films. I love the atmosphere in lovely Mariemont. It makes you wanna take a stroll around the square while you are there.

Small theater with discount Tuesday prices. BYOB and snacks, or buy at concession stand. No reserved seats, so arrive early for showing.

Would like to see kettle corn popcorn added to the menu.

Smaller screens than average, but above average snacks, drinks, etc. and there's a Graeter's next door. A different selection of movies, with some redux art films from the past. A nice experience.

A lovely little movie theater with only five screens. Has a small snack/drinks counter. Seats aren't the most comfy but never hesitate to see a movie here as the vibe is that good.

I love this theatre. Not as crazy expensive as the big chains. The popcorn is delicious. It's clean and the staff are friendly. And if your interested in anything other than vampires, zombies, or super heros, this is the place. Seems to be the only place to find a good romantic comedy anymore.

This theater is so nostalgic of classic movie theaters and reminds me of what it was like when I would go to the movies as a kid. They show movies that aren’t playing in big name theaters. I’ve consistently had positive experiences with the staff and always tell my friends to go here. I love this place so much!

This is the place where you watch award winning films, not movies.

Older theater in a sweet neighborhood with a lot of character. The movies shown here are often a little off beat and fun, not blockbusters. The seats and concessions are typical. The staff is friendly, parking in back is convenient with restaurants close by and shops to make for a lovely evening walking around the block before or after the movie. I'm giving five stars because of the staff and quality movie offerings.

Incredible movie selection, great neighborhood theater, quick and friendly service, and REAL butter for the popcorn! They have gourmet desserts and alcoholic beverages available. Sometimes they do special events and screenings. A great place to catch some of the Oscar and Golden Globe nominees and winners. Very convenient for dinner and a movie, or movie and dessert, based on nearby establishments.

We saw Victoria and Abdul here on a Saturday afternoon. The theater is in the hear of Mariemont. The city is at the eastern end of Route 50. So it is a bit of a drive to get there but a nice drive anyway. But give yourself some extra time to get there. Also the close public parking is limited (free for 2 hours) so you may have to walk.
The theater is small but clean and well cared for. No reclining seats or anything fancy. The snack bar is normal theater prices but they offer handmade snacks such as macarons, cheese plates and similar things besides candy and popcorn. We found parking right in front and were inside in 5 minutes. You also have the chance to stroll around a beautiful neighborhood after your film.
The staff is very friendly.

The selection of movies at the Mariemont Theater is varied and geared toward thought provoking independent and foreign films.

Always have a fun time when going to the mariemont theatre, they have a nice selection of divergent movies not found at larger cinemas, it’s always quiet, situated in the heart of the little square it’s one of the better art house theaters in Cincinnati

The seats are cushiony and they rock slightly and the arms between them can be raised. The popcorn was hot and fresh and crunchy and there was just write the right amount of butter on it. Service was polite and friendly and prompt. I really enjoy seeing movies at this theater!
