We called Brown Pest Control urgently on a Thursday and they were able to get our house inspected within 24 hours of my call. Bob came out and we spent an hour going over my property, any concerns, and having a wonderful friendly conversation throughout. The following Tuesday, the team was out installing a new termite system and I seamless paid for the service on their online portal. From Bob, to our tech, to Tonya helping me to schedule - my first experience with Brown Pest Control was absolutely flawless and so friendly. Looking forward to being a long time customer!

I needed to have Brown Pest Control come to my house to let me know if I had termites or possibly carpenter ants. Robert Brown came to the house and after looking at the insects let me know that these are citronella ants and that they don't damage the house. He was on time, and honest and I would highly recommend this family owned business for any pest control needs you may have.

My experience with Brown was great! My home had a termite treatment done a few years ago by the previous owners. I figured it was getting to the point where it needed preventive treatment. I got a very high quote from another business that I thought was a bit absurd. I found Brown from an online recommendation. I called and set up and appointment, the agent was very professional and timely. The plan they offered was quite affordable. Within two hours of the agent leaving I was contacted to set up the trap install, they were able to come out the next day and get me set up. Overall great experience.

We use them for the business I work at and we had a tenant screaming bed bug. I seen the bugs and could tell that's not what they were but had no clue. Browns came out and checked it out for me. Told me within moments it was pantry pest, and he even took a couple to ask someone else to make sure.

Four hornets nests!! All over two feet in diameter! Three within 20 yards of each other. BPC took care of all of them! Super professional, patient and efficient! Was cognizant of people walking the neighborhood and warned them of angry hornets flying around! It’s been a few weeks and we’ve seen no signs of hornets! Highly recommend!

I spotted some rotten wood on my back porch, and had Brown come out to confirm that it wasn't actually termite eaten. The guy who did the inspection was friendly, and very direct about the damage not being caused by termites. I appreciated the honesty, and plan to use Brown in the future when I *do* have a problem.

Without fully understanding the nature and reason for their service, I paid the nominal yearly fee without much question until quarantine hit. When the office manager of Brown emailed me asking if I wanted to continue service with them, I replied with a lengthy list of questions as to the need for their service. The next day I received a call from the owner, Robert Brown. A few days after, Robert and his nephew CJ came to my home. Robert gave exceptional courtesy in the explanation of his family ran company and why they had been contracted by the previous owner, with full service records. His nephew, a technician, walked me step by step through my property visually proving their points of service and where the treatment had worked and was still working.
