Seem a little to busy to help me and my buyer

The sellers agent from this company was alerted to the scam house he sold us. It's a complete disaster. I have all the receipts to prove it.
She continues to represent him. She wouldn't respond to the news team that was trying to help us. She is knowingly selling possible scams to others now.
I would be ashamed.
