Alexi was an amazing tour guide, lots of information. Would totally recommend the tour! I got the blue crab claws, they were spicy, but really tasty. There was a live jazz band that was awesome. The atmosphere was really cool, something you just don't find anywhere anymore. The service overall was fabulous.

We did a super fun ghost tour. Kirsten was a great tour guide - very knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. We also got cigars, drinks and had a tarot reading. A great evening overall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Kirsten’s ghost tour made the evening perfect!

Loved my first time at Shakers! My boyfriend surprised me with a ghost tour which did not disappoint! Kiersten did a fantastic job on the tour between history and being interactive. Would love to come again for a 2.0 tour! Peep our moving orb that was in one of our pictures!

Incredible ambiance and very friendly and welcoming staff. The food is fantastic and they have a wide range of spirits, beers, cocktails and of course cigars as well as delicious mocktails for those who want something fun without the alcohol. I will definitely be back!

Came here for my 21st birthday, we did the ghost tour and had a couple drinks. On all accounts this place is awesome. The ambiance was off the charts, the drinks and service were great, and the ghost tour was really well done and interesting. Our tour guide, Kirsten, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made it all all around great experience. The rooftop bar and speakeasy vibe were also reason enough to come back. Highly recommend!

A great late night hangout! Great music, drinks, and pizza! The vibe is just right! I don't know of a cigar bar that has a rooftop... so that sold it for me!

Kirsten gave an amazing ghost tour! Super knowledgable and willing to answer questions. It was super fun. I wish I had an encounter with a spirit but maybe next time!

The service is overall outstanding here and the staff were friendly and really knew their stuff.

I will say, skip the food and rather go for the atmosphere.

Came out to enjoy a cocktail and cigar and ended up taking the haunted tour with Kiersten, it was very cool! Tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the experience great. Highly recommend. Cocktails were also awesome!

We did a date night at Shakers with dinner, drinks, and the infamous ghost tour! Our tour guide Kirsten was very well spoken and articulated the story very well with a lot of emotion that really made you feel present in this would be 1900's era. She recommended we take lots of pictures and we were able to capture some spiritual orbs which definitely gave us the spooks. This place is very much haunted! The food and drinks were great, everything came out very quick as well. The environment is a large selling point, this place is about as unique as it gets however the cigar smoke can be a little overwhelming sometimes for people who dont smoke. Either way, highly recommend!

The tour was awesome! It was a random Thursday night and no one else signed up so our tour guide Kirsten basically gave us a private tour. She was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. She kept it fun and light yet respectful of the history and spirits. It was my first ghost tour, but not my husband’s. He’s more skeptical than I am and even he said he had some weird heavy feelings during certain parts. I thought I’d get too scared but the ghosts here seem to be fairly benign (thank goodness). Kirstin did a great job reminding us to take photos throughout the tour. She said sometimes it takes a few weeks for things to show up in photos so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. 👻 I forgot that it’s a cigar bar so I was a bit surprised by the smoke. I can’t fault them for that of course, but I’d suggest a mask if you’re sensitive. Overall, highly recommend!

We came just for the tour so I can’t speak about the food or drinks. The decor is spectacular though!

Planned an evening going on a ghost tour with my best friend, turned into a cool adventure! Kirsten was our guide and was very patient with our group, and knowledgeable with the location including all the history. She really made the tour! Enjoyed the bar itself and all the staff were very helpful! Really recommend for a neat evening!

Very cool experience. It was my first time at Shakers. They have a good cigar selection, cool decor and great vibe. The drink prices are a little high ($20 for a shot of Angel's Envy Bourbon) but I thought the service was great and selection was on point.

We only grabbed a drink and went on a spur of the moment tour but this was definitely so much fun! Highly recommend the peach cider! Also CG our tour guide was amazing! We ended up becoming kind of friends and my co-worker and I literally can’t wait to come back and take another tour with her! 10000/10!

Definitely a unique experience here. Came here while waiting for a nearby restaurant to kill time, but loved the atmosphere/vibe that the place has. Would definitely come to indulge in the full experience in the future, though. We got the meatballs and played some chess. The food was great. Definitely recommend.

Did a ghost tour last night and it was great! Amanda was our tour guide and she brought lots of historical details in to enhance our tour. Loved it

Never have had more of a fun experience ar a restaurant/bar than at shakers they home some of the best pizza iv ever had ,some of the coolest tours that involve some awesome facts about the building, they also have a 3 story terrace for beautiful viewing of downtown milwaukee while you drink,enjoy a cigar or just relax

Came here for a ghost tour, we had a guide named Kirsten and they were amazing! Atmosphere was very unique and our guide was very knowledgeable, we had a really great experience and I can not wait to come back! I can’t quite remember the name of it but the absinthe drink was a delicious addition!
