Cork & Barrel Wine Bar and Restaurant

Vintage environment with good wine and food. Lots of parking too. We had appetizers and shared a bottle of wine. Food specials were available like a Clam bake.

I love this joint! Situated away from the hustle and bustle; yet easy access to anywhere. The food is impeccable! The atmosphere has won my heart. The service and attention to detail is what you'd expect from a 5 star restaurant. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. The owner is why you'll keep coming back and telling your friends.

Really a delightful surprise for dinner tonight. We stopped at @corkandbarrelavon Cork and Barrel Wine Bar in Avon. The food and drinks were fantastic. We had great service from Vaughn ( forgive any misspellings) and after we got done eating we found out that Vaughn was the new owner of one of our new favorite spots. Revamped menu with some great selections. We had the TWIN FILLETS - Two 4oz Beef Medallions with Red Wine Demi Glaze. Served with Classic Risotto and Green beans. The risotto was so fluffy and light. My wife who is not usually a risotto person went back in for more. The steak had a great char taste. We also had SHRIMP DIP SKILLET
Shrimp, Mozzarella, Cream Cheese, Garlic and Parmesan Served with Crostini and crackers. Home run. See the pictures …. High praise. Be sure to stop in and eat local.

We visited today for the pop with Gertz culinary. The food was amazing!! Not just the taste but presentation too!! Those bacon wrapped peaches with goat cheese were phenomenal!! And the breakfast sangria was the perfect combo of sweet and refreshing!

This is one of my favorite places to go for wine, food, and a great atmosphere. This little place is a hidden gem with some of the best food around. It needs to be shouted from the roof tops! Once you go, it will become one of your favorite places, I guarantee it. I've never had a bad meal, and the staff is wonderful!

I had an amazing experience at the Cork and Barrell in Avon. The seasonal pumpkin pie martini was so good, I had to have two. And so strong, I couldn't have a third. I ordered the Buffalo chicken dip and charcuterie. Both exceeded expectations. The dip had a layer of melted cheese on the top so rich with flavor that I couldn't believe how good it tasted. I'm now ruined for all other Buffalo chicken dips. It comes mild or spicy. I was a wimp tonight and went mild. Next time, I'm going to turn up the heat.

Our waiter was outstanding. He was welcoming and friendly, explaining the different wines and food dishes to us. Our appetizers, dinner, and wine were delicious.

Stopped by for lunch last month and enjoyed some appetizers and salad on the patio. Everything was delicious and I am heading there every time I am in the area. Making it a must have for my birthday dinner tomorrow.

I was very pleased with my entire meal as a first time customer. The bruschetta with brie and fig preserve has become my fa oriented appetizer followed up with a very tasty chicken bruchetta and excellent wine accompaniment. Added bonus... Thursday night is trivia night and we stayed for the game. Very fun and lovely evening at this small, but lovely venue. Patio dining that was pet friendly was another bonus. We will return!

Perfect! Loved everything about my visit. Food was delicious, service was outstanding, very charming little winery. Can't wait to visit again!

First visit but won't be my last. Loved this place. Manuel was our sommelier and picked an excellent flight for me; somehow making selections I would have never made myself that became new favorites. The brussel sprout small plate was to die for and the Margarita flatbread was excellent too. Great experience and will definitely be going back for a full dinner.

This was a great dinner treat! The service was wonderful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the food was yummy! Tip: get dessert!

The tuna was amazing and this wine is a must have. Our server, Mike, was excellent and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back!

Tried this place for the first time on Saturday night. Food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Best beer cheese dip I have ever tasted! Also had the pesto and red pepper flatbread, and it was wonderful as well. Our server, Eric, was outstanding. It is a little bit pricey...especially wine flights. For this reason it is not a place my husband and I would be able to go often. If we win the lottery, we will become regulars!

Wonderful hidden gem in Avon!!! Thought this was just a wine bar at first but it is SO MUCH MORE!! It it a full service restaurant with absolutely beautiful decor and amazing food!! Obviously fantastic wine selection but they also offer premium bourbon flights and specialty cocktails. Nice outdoor patio too! Our new favorite place to wine and dine!!

The food was delicious, you could taste the love that went into it. I asked our server to pick wines for me and I really liked all but one. Which is just a wine type I don't like. Atmosphere is very nice for an intimate meal with your loved one. Owner Robert was very knowledgeable and too excellent care of us. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful wine bar! Service, food and wine flights were exceptional, wishing it was closer to home so I could visit more often!
