Man at counter (name on register receipt says Mark) greeted us as we entered store. He took a lot of time with us, answering all my questions and suggesting the best headset and game controller for my needs. He tested used controllers for us, but I ultimately purchased new. I, being an older adult, see good customer service less frequently now a days and like to acknowledge it when I do.

Very awesome store and the employees were very helpful and polite. And prices for used games are pretty bomb!!

With you know with you lots of games and very helpful employees. Usually find what I'm looking for easily.

Wish I could remember the sales associate's name. I had a collectable set aside online, when I got there I had each of the ones they had in stock already, I told him that's ok, I think they've only made these 3 so far. Just in case he spent 20 min calling up other stores that had them in inventory. This was a $4.00 Hot Wheel not a $70.00 video game, I was very impressed.

Omg...the staff here is AMAZING! They know so much and can answer almost any question. Update: Did an online order for pickup today. They were so fast I got the email that my order was ready for pickup before the store was even open. Love this place and the staff!

The new employees are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's appreciated more than words can express, given the experiences from the previous years. They knew which games were appropriate for the audiences we were looking for and helped us make a few decisions. Needless to say, the games were spot on with what we were looking for.

Bought an xbox one x (used) and it's been working flawlessly the staff was very friendly and outgoing even though she was the only one there and busy as heck stood in line for a little bit but it was worth the wait plus I understood that she's only one person and there's only so much one person can do so it wasn't a big deal

I went in pretty much to check it out since I haven't been in the store since they moved and it's definitely a huge improvement in both store view and reps they were very helpful and taught me some things I really should have known

Very helpful staff, and they don't pressure you into spending extra. Also if they don't have it in the store, they will order it for you, would highly recommend.

It's game stop who doesn't love a good game stop? I do enu the mangers and the employees there they are very open to telling you about new games and I personally do not think they try to make.you buy more then what you need or try to upsell you.
