Hidden gem! Came across Montrose Chrysler in Kingsville, OH by accident while surfing the net. Cool little place and just my style! It's not one of these giant car dealerships but they have quite the selection of trucks. They had some great deals going on during this crazy cost era. We were greeted nicely by two gentlemen as soon as we walked in and Jason stepped right up to help us out. He is very personable, easy the talk with and very accommodating. Told him about 3 trucks of interest and I turned around and they were all sitting right outside the front door waiting for me to check out and compare. Wow, that was quick. Enjoyed talking to Jason in a very relaxed atmosphere. Test drove 3 trucks and left with one of them! I wasn't expecting to leave there with a new car, but when it's right, it's right. I would definitely consider them again for a new truck/car and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Ask for Jason White.

My wife and I were very pleased with our experience at Montrose Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge. Andrew and Jerry are professional and down to earth gentlemen. We noticed when we got home last night that our truck had a parking light out. My wife texted Andrew and he responded back quickly. We returned to the dealership the next day and they took care of it within minutes,thanks to Sam! I'll definitely be going back to Montrose!!!

Andy was very informative from the start. I had received an email stating my previous sales guy had changed locations and that Andy was more than willing to answer any questions I had regarding renewing my lease or buying it out. I emailed him the day I was due to be in town and he made sure to make himself available with enough time to get to the nitty gritty details. Signed a new lease and was on my way in a new jeep with a few more bells and whistles than my last. He made the experience seamless and worry free all while working within my budget. Which in this day and age is most important. I’ll be back when the time comes to upgrade more!!

During the test drive of a 2020 Jeep Compass Latitude at Montrose (Jason), the oil pressure icon alit on the dashboard panel. Montrose performed the periodic maintenance & detailing prior to my official possession of the vehicle at my home. Yes! Montrose delivered this Jeep to me & drove away in my trade-in. Do not believe half of the YouTube Videos regarding this model of Jeep. I have also test driven the Honda CR-V (same year).
