I was absolutely amazed by how well I was treated. Louis W. help me set up my new line he was amazing and very helpful with all of my questions. You need more people like him, because he truly knows his job and is very kind and patient. I will definitely be doing business with AT&T Ashtabula Store again.

Everyone was very respectful and patient with us. Our rep was Tommy and he was awesome. He was very honest and very upfront with us about what to expect. He was very patient and considerate and managed his time well considering he was the only rep there and had a lot of customers and was able to get to all of us in a timely manner! He was amazing, if I ever need help in the future I would definitely go back to him!

Went in to the Ashtabula store for an issue with our account that we started at Sam's club. The manager was very helpful and made us aware of benefits Sam's club did not. We will definitely be back. DO NOT buy a phone from Sam's club!!

We came in today to see Richie. At first we were just going to get two phones but ended up getting three. He was super informative and sweet. Helped break everything down for us on the protection plan and more. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a salesman! Highly recommend. He even stayed after to help set us all up. Definitely coming back in the future and sending all my friends his way!

BEST EXPERIENCE! Richie was amazing, when I called the store I had no intention of making any purchases but he got me to the store and was amazing the entire time, very polite, and respectful. Came in to see an old rep I used to deal with but was delighted when I began to work with Jimmy. He helped me switch back from VZN, save money with a plan, and basically get all of my new phones for free. Elite service. Will be back.

Jimmie helped me out with getting my new phone. Excellent customer service, from him and his team. He was very helpful picking out accessories and walking through the whole process. Highly recommend going to the store and asking for him!

The guys here were very polite and each asked me what they could help me with. One guy set my iPhone up in minutes and was very efficient. The other guy was very polite and respectful to a customer who was rude and swore repeatedly for no reason whatsoever. Great job, guys😃

Had a problem with my new Iphone. Apple was unable to assist me over the phone as was AT&T. I stopped into the Ashtabula store, explained my issue and Lane (Rep) fixed the problem in a matter of seconds! I highly recommend them! Lane was awesome!
